I've been listening to the major media for the last 48 hours....they have reported NOTHING on this...just wouldn't be pc enough would it! We have to get this story out to everyone....really drill O'reilly on this one. theradiofactor@foxnews.com and oreilly@foxnews.com.

Thanks, I added the radio show to my address book and resent the story. Here is a copy of an email I sent out Saturday. I was looking (and still am) for a follow up story for details of his court appearance in Albuquerque on Friday.
______________________________ __

I went looking for follow up articles on the Spotted Owl Surveyor charged with arson, since the June 27th story, said he was to appear in court in Albuquerque on FRIDAY.

Found TWO articles, from the ABQjournal
but I don't have a password. One is on this link. (Along with a few other interesting bits, like a van with illegals crashing in CA.

http://www.abqjournal.com/news /default.htm

Under Previous Days' News

Worker Charged in Mescalero Fire(June 28)
More Mexican Troops fight drug running
Van Crashes in Calif., Killing ABQ Man, 5 Immigrants (June 26)

This link brings up the other story,

2: ABQjournal: Mescalero Worker Denies He Set Forest Fire

File size: 8K, Create Date: Jun-28-2002 23:11
http://www.abqjournal.com/news /723384news06-29-02.htm

The original story was from AP (The Alamogordo Daily News).
This story is not being reported outside of New Mexico, as far as I can tell.

I cannot access these stories without paying up for a password. If I wasn't broke, I would spring for the $8.

The inside word we are getting over one thousand miles away, is that this arsonist is probably not by himself. He may be part of a gang of arsonists in that areas for the past 2 years.

It is time to go back to the old laws re forest arsonists. Once they got caught, they didn't leave jail. We need this as a federal law for these dangerous criminals. You set an arson fire on a National Forest, park or BLM land, you are no longer a free roaming member of society.

That HAS to be a faked or Photoshopped picture.
We all know that Spotted Owls only live in old-growth trees. I mean the liars lawyers have proved that in court with experts, don'cha know?     </sarcasm>
