I was waiting for the bus this afternoon and in the parking lot behind me was a 'register-to-vote' bus with county workers setting up a podium and folding chairs.
I went to one of the guys looking like they were in charge and asked who was speaking tonight. He told me Kathrine Harris will be there, along with other local politicos.
When asked why I didn`t see this in the local paper, he told me it was a last minute thing. I won`t be able to be there, but perhaps some other local Freepers can check this out.

fyi--I received a republican telephone poll solicitation last week asking for recognition, knowledge and anticipated voting preferences for the candidates for a variety of races from local to governor.
