LOL - was just gonna search for something like that. Thanks for saving me from wasting my time so I can do such important and Earth-shaking things like downloading MP3s.

Speaking as a strong Bryant supporter, we'd all better get behind Lamar now unless we all want to continue the brilliant leadership of Little Tommy Daschole and his little twits in the Senate. No more of this talk of voting for my idiot Congressman Boob Clement in retribution. Hopefully Lamar will see what a large segment of the primary voters want, and that's a Conservative.

Why not support a Libertarian in that race?

Umm, the system is designed for 2 parties, not 3.

Get over it.

Because of a Libertarian candidate for Senate and Neal Boortz's incessant endorsements, we wouldn't have that buoy Cleland in the Senate. Libertarian candidates get 5% here because of that ass.

I can't believe Libertarian candidates could get 5% in my district.

Speaking as one who voted for Bryant today....

Go LAMAR!

Neal Boortz has a huge morning audience in Atlanta. And when election time comes around, he's always pushing for the Libertarian candidate.

Of all the states, Libertarians get the highest percentage of votes in GA.

Good for Boortz. Maybe he should run for office.

Because as others have pointed out, a Republican voting for a Libertarian is a vote for a Democrat. Now if our Democrat friends want to vote for a Libertarian or a Green, please be my guest.

Guillermo,

We all know of Hillary's quest for cradle-to-grave bureacratic control over Americans, most explicitly seen in government "education" and child "care." Can you point out where Alexander and she disagree on government schooling and a planned economy?

Pleeeeeeease tell me I don't have to vote for Alexander. From what I recall of his past politics, he is a major big-government, tax and spend RINO.

I do feel your pain, really I do, but I also believe that Alexander understands where he needs to go now and what he got away with then he won't get away with now. Let's not be spoiled sports about this and all us pro-Bryant folks need to remember our ABC's -- Alexander beats Clement (and if Alexander doesn't, Gore and Daschle win. Remember that this November will be a referendum on whether we stay GOP or whether we hand Gore a double-Dem victory that he will use as a springboard back into a rematch with Dubya). We may not be thrilled with "A", but we need to get behind him, it's important.

Sometimes it seems like 60% of the people are making a similar comment (including myself)

I have no idea what Alexander's positions are on those issues.

If I lived in TN, I probably would have voted for his primary opponent.

That being said, don't even try to say that Hillary and Alexander are one in the same. That's ludicrous.

They're cut from the same cloth. Just go look at his positions on nationalist schooling.

OK, you win. They're one in the same.

(There's just no reasoning with some people)

Alexander must win in November. The future of the US Supreme Court is at stake.

Everything else is minor in comparison.
