Where on the Drudge report is this article. I couldn't find it. Right at the top. It's just the headline so far, no story.

Kofi's on...
Allowing return of inspectors. Annan passing letter to Security Counsel for their consideration.
Iraq wants to "discuss arrangements."
Annan thinks the Iraq crisis is now over!!!!

Sadam, Will you treat the inspectors as GUESTS?
Can the inspectors bring their families? I really liked the TV images of you patting that British Boy on the head and asking if he was getting enough milk, while they were guests.

Sure, sounds good. The first of the intrusive military component will arrive at the Baghdad airport within two hours and the mechanized and infantry components will arrive overland from Kuwait soon thereafter. We will be helicoptering inspectors into every suspect site also, they are wearing green so you will be able to recognize them. Be sure and tell the palace guards to open the gates because they will be arriving there first. Cheers.

They should be on the ground tomorrow, with detailed maps of every site they want to inspect. It should take about fifteen minutes before they are turned away with typical Iraqi simpering about national sovereignty for their baby milk factories and presidential palaces.
I hope Bush saw this coming and has inspectors in the air tonight.

Oh yes. Now Saddam can make like he's complying, and the UN can make like they're looking hard. In the meantime, Saddam can get enriched uranium for a few more nukes, and the Germans can sell him some more centrifuge technology, and the French can sell him some more chemicals.
Pre-empt on all of them.

Next we will lay out a "treaty" just like we did with the Rambouillet Accord, wherein no way could anyone sign such a thing. Ask Milo just how effectively destructive such a move is.
Sodomy Insane will then get a sex change... err regime change. I can smell Iraqi oil in my tank already!

Kofi konfirmed it. A big day for stumble bum Kofi Annan. Iraq will now try to string out negotiations for the entry of inspectors. Let the games begin.
MY GUESS: Iraq will say they cannot possible allowed in right now. Give us a month. Iraq is playing rope a dope. All WMD is concealed by now.

I hope Bush saw this coming and has inspectors in the air tonight. The U.S. reserved a bunch of air lanes to that area over the weekend, obviously to ferry personnel and equipment. I'm betting that inspection stuff is in there.

What do you want to bet that Bush won't get the credit though...
