It almost looks like Jeb is about to strangle Davis in this shot, LOL!

As a Californian, what caught my eye about this pic is the way Gray Davis is grinning while spreading his hands in almost a pleading manner. It made me wonder if he's brown-nosing the president's brother to try to wheedle some aid to help bail Davis out of his problems here at home.
