If the country listened to him on welfare and the family in the late 60's/early 70's... we would be in alot better shape as a people. He was a visionary in that manner. I think his legacy will be his work in that regard.

I just saw a clip of Hillary giving a "eulogy" for him. I think it was supposed to be about Moynihan, but all she really talked about was her Senate campaign.
