pMSNBC - Brian Williams is watching Kuwaiti TV and says local TV is "confirming" it's a missile. He also said he was in the mall 6 hours ago. Lot's of emergency vehicles...

they could have been hair trigger w/ground crew, and it's retaliation for the massive bombing in Baghdad that occured about 20 minutes earlier. who knows? or perhaps it was a car bomb. still odd being at 2 a.m. local, the time of least amount of people out and about

Been following that for months. One country even had launchers situated on cargo ships to attempt a launch. That prompted the Rumsfeld comments last year.
