You are usually serious about such things!
Hmmmm
I'd vote for having it longer throwing in everything accurate and potent . . . such that we had virtually the whole shirt filled up in a font size easily readable at say 10-12 or so feet???
I think everyone should contribute who cares about such. I've typed off probably a dozen or 2 dozen variations. I wouldn't even pretend to remember them all.
But I'd love to have other contributors!!! Hadn't thought of doing a T-shirt--easy enough to do with a printer and iron on T-shirt transfers. But I'd rather FR or what is it, FR net--whichever can most legally and fittingly bear the ownership--I'd rather they have the copyright. And we probably ought to be safe on that score so as to be able to protect it.
What you think?

The legalities would have to be worked out.

Would you care to follow up on that? I'm nost sure where to start and would just as soon leave that to someone of your astuteness and energy in such matters, anyway.

Reveille for Radicals (1946) and Rules for Radicals (1971).Hmmm, 25-year spread. It must have been an important anniversary for his refusal to grow the eff up. I suppose I thought I was a "radical" back in the 70's...but I got over it somewhat.

There is no question in my mind that Hitlery applies these principles to every situation that she can. Of course, without a compliant media, these techniques wouldn't work very well, but she has them in her corner and it works fine.
Knowing these are her operational tactics, it should be possible for a shrewd opponent to predict her actions and take timely counter measures. I think Rove may be one who had also read Alinsky, anticipated her actions and had Bush behave in such a way as to neutralize her "rules of engagement".

Not just Rove but all of us should know what motivates the likes of Hellary and do what we can in our own circle to spread the word. The truth is timeless. Liz dug this article up that I posted quite a while ago. And you read it and added to the discussion. That is how exposing Hellary happens on a micro-level.
My goal over the next four years is to irritate the hell out of Hellary.

" And you read it and added to the discussion. That is how exposing Hellary happens on a micro-level."
- I have made a hard copy of this article and intend to study it closely. I think Alinsky set out deliberately to produce an updated version of "The Prince", but he tried to modify it for intervening changes, especially in this age of communications and mass media.
Nevertheless, his principles seem to be essentially an everymans guide to implementing practical communism that Hitlery has adopted, not so much because she is a communist, but because she can see that the principles can be successfully applied by anyone with a ruthless agenda. And that agenda for her is the acquisition of power.
Just as wealthy people will describe making money as, "just a way of keeping score", so to does Hitlery view the amassing of power as a way of keeping score of her success. For her, it is like a drug, a goal that must be attained. Like Golum, she must have, "the precious".
It is both her strength and her weakness. By reading Alinsky, it should be possible to predict, in general terms, how she will play issues to her apparent advantage.

Dealing with Hellary is like going to war. Knowing the enemy is the first rule of war.
When you finish the article you might look for two of Alinsky's books, 'Rules for Radicals' and 'Reveille for Radicals'. I don't know if they are still being printed but just in case, buy them used so Alinsky's family will not receive any benefit.

- If searching for any old books, try Amazon.com. Their book sales area now has a link (for many books now out of print) to used book dealers where you can order what you're looking for, often at ridiculous prices. Just last week I found and ordered a twenty year old hard cover book that was listed by a seller in Delaware, in good condition, for .85 cents. The shipping cots were about $10.00 but c'est la vie - it's still a steal.

John Boehner, the House Minority Leader, issued this warning:
The results in MS-01 should serve as a wake-up call to Republican candidates nationwide. As Ive said before, this is a change election, and if we want Americans to vote for us we have to convince them that we can fix Washington. Our presidential nominee, Senator McCain, is an agent of change....
Funny how I read that and scratched my head trying to recall if that was a Saul Alinsky term and then eureka! Found it in your post from way back when.
