Newsweek - an arrogant leftwing rag that hasn't told the truth in ages.

No, Cheney's was an arrogant blunder for a fortnight. Newsweek calling it an arrogant blunder for the ages (AGFTA) is the true AGFTA!

I love the way the article gives a down arrow for Bush. His popularity is over 70%; what would constitute an up arrow? 99.9%?

Even when events overtake them, the print media just keep on trying to cram both feet in their mouths.

Notice how they give an "UP" arrow to blogs. Talk about recognizing your own irrelevancy!

Newsweak? Hahahaha....!
Next time I find myself in a dentist's office, I'll have to see if I can find this issue behind the Sports Illustrated and Highlights for Children magazines. I can't believe Newsweak is still going.

The Chicago Tribune did the same 'foot in mouth' trick today with WMD. Atleast they have an excuse for their stupidity, they own the Cubs. What's Newsweek excuse

I love the way the article gives a down arrow for Bush

Leftist twit Jonathon Alter does the "conventional wisdom" column. He's the one who suggested on election night when it looked like Bush had taken Florida that the Electoral College should be overturned due to Gore having a plurality in the popular vote.

I'd like to see the net of Alter's up and down arrows on Bush since Bush took office (it's definitely more down than up). My guess is about a net 30 arrows down. Amazing how well Bush is doing given such a precipitous decline . . .

Despite my realization that much of what I read contains liberal bias, I read it anyway. However, there are two publications I absolutely will not read because they are so devoid of journalistic integrity: New York Times and Newsweek. If either were honest and advertised themselves as left-wing advocacy outlets, then I might re-consider. I read New Republic every once in a while. But attempting to pass themselves off as objective while spewing leftist propaganda is serious fraud and I just don't care to aid and abet them in it.

Alterman is one of the worst liberals out there. He is truly an evil man.
