Fench Boycott - American alternatives needed!
self
Posted on 04/28/2003 11:26:36 AM PDT by Dan12180
I would like to boycott all French products and I would like to support the American economy instead. My problem is finding American options for female products (make-up, hair color, perfume, shampoo, conditioners & lotions), which are mainly produced in France.
Do we have business in America which manufacture perfume? Are they very good? I would like to make the switch permanent.
Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Dan is my son who set the account up for me several years ago. We cannot change the screen name unless we change our email account. We won't be changing the email account anytime soon so I've kept Dan's screen name.
One of the joys of sharing the family computer. Vic

There are lots of choices - just do a google search.

I'd forgotten about Princess Marcella Borghese - they are excellent products.

My husband has been using Cool Water and Drakkar for almost 8 years now. He is ready for an American option now.

I am very partial to Hoppe's No. 9, and wear that fragrance most of the time, but my wife really does not care for it.

I wear Carolina Herrera for Men.
It's made in Spain, not America, but Spain has been a good ally in the war on terror.
Just thought I would throw that out there... I have a bottle of Drakkar that is now collecting dust. :)
