I heard it and can confirm. My jaw has still not gone back to its usual position. I loved the Kennedy comments on the need for tax reduction, BTW. I think our side needss to play them all over the place.

It shows you what I've been saying for years:
Conservatives think liberals are WRONG,
Liberals think conservatives are EVIL.

I heard it and I was stunned. I called my mom, in fact, to tell her about it. As a Gen Xer I never understood the devotion to Kennedy. Luckily, both of my parents told me about the era and how his presidency was created after his death by Jackie Kennedy Onasis.

She was a true Democrat, i.e., brainless.
However, Rush blew his handling of the call -- when she started whining about how America "loved" Kennedy, he should have reminded her that the same could be said for Ronald Reagan. That would have given her pause.....

Yeah I heard her. What an idiot! Rush was masterful.
To: ReaganRevolution
I heard it and am not surprised.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
To: ReaganRevolution
Another member of the "idiot class".....she would only vote for Kennedy, because he was a "Kennedy"....not because of his policies (she doesn't "understand economics" she said)....I'm sure she voted for x42 both times.

When Rush asked her if she agreed with Kennedy on the tax cut issue she said "I dont know anything about the economy to answer. I dont care about that. I just loved Kennedy because he was a Catholic like me bla bla bla". I listen to people like this woman and I weep for my country.

Certainly, JFK was a beloved president. When he was in office, he be loved by more women than you could shake a stick at...

I wouldn't take her seriously, Rush obviously didn't.
She was just a little old New Deal Democrat still in a state of swoon over the myth of Camelot...

Rush detected early on that the woman was delusional, and from that point on he was cosiderate and non-confrontationals.
Rush did ask her if she always voted democrat and she said yes.
Rush handled it well.
To: ReaganRevolution
I liked where she said she knows nothing about Hubert Humphrey, and then when Rush asked her if she would support Kennedy if he was here today advocating tax cuts she weaseled around and said she doesn't know anything about the economy. (Which was obvious anyway.)
I'm glad he was getting to her...

Yeah, it was great. I was giggling gleefully to myself as he tweaked her.
How great would it be if Fox News started running clip during their cable cast?

Yes, I heard that. She was one of the most intellectually lacking callers he has had in a long time. Rush even worked around and got her to admit she didn't know what she was talking about.
She also doesn't know history...talking about how "loved" Kennedy was. The fact of the matter is that he was unpopular and was going to lose re-election.
