[history]
President Bush yesterday shrugged off Democratic criticism of his dramatic landing on an aircraft carrier last week as it brought home U.S. forces from Operation Iraqi Freedom.
"Listen, it was an honor for me to go on the USS Abraham Lincoln," Mr. Bush said at the White House in a joint press conference with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar. "I appreciated the chance to thank our troops."

Democrat hostility to our military is just one symptom of their hatred for America, IMO.

The Senate Democrats, Byrd, too, work hand in glove with a media that spent hundreds of hours pounding out exposees of the background of this Presidential speech. The media focuses only on Republicans and conservatives in stripping bare and exposing supoposed manipulations. It virtually never does so for liberals.

Dear Sen. Tyrd,
It is OK if the COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF ALL OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES wants to visit an aircraft carrier.
Now shut your stupid, senile trap, you old bigot.

The dems are seething about this, they go on and on, even after they gotta know they are the only idiots that feel this way and their jealous spin is not working.

Ditto.

As the Wellstone funeral defined the 2002 elections, I believe the post war, unpatriotic, anti military histrionics of the Democrats, will define the 2004 elections. They blew every chance to redeem themselves and have worked double time, to remove the wheels from the careening clown car known as the Democrat Party. The cliff awaits.

I don't recall the press getting in a tizzy over Clinton's $100 MILLION+ vacation in Africa.

It was a great tribute to those Navy folks, who were, by the way, ever so much more good looking an interesting to gaze upon than the Hollywood ****heads whom anyone with a tv has been forced to view.

Was this taken at a funeral? Why all the grim faces? Notice that Bubba's hands are clasped together, guess no one wanted to shake his hands ( for many good reasons!).
