Thanks for the link! I'm familiar with some of Malcolm Muggeridge's work, and he is a good writer. I'm surprised to hear he was once a socialist.

A link to over a hundred full text articles by Gareth Jones and Malcom Muggeridge--two of the few who saw right off how evil communism was. A tragedy Jones died in 1933 at the age of 30. We could have used another Muggeridge.

Lol...I did the same the other day when I found it. Been looking years for original source, full text articles from the 1930s. Never heard of Gareth Jones. A dozen people I know who are also interested in the history of communism never heard of him either.

Have you thought of the new form of communism???? NWO (NEW WORLD ORDER) One world government (Soviets tried this!!!) One world currency soon to be in the next 100 years (Soviets tried it with other warsaw/communist allies!!!) and lastly, the communist government is to know everything about you, to control your thoughts, and have no say to anything. (1st, Well we all have Socialsecurity #'s and Drivers Licenses. They now everything about us that way for example: how much we make, where we live, and if we were ever in jail. A Electronic Age of communism.) That's because the stated Communist states have corrupted Communism with Totalitarianism. You can't just seize and kill and expect to be successful.

Under "true" Communism you give up real God given rights for a set of perceived Government given rights for the benefit of the whole community. Usually this is done "in the name of the children, the environment, community health or safety."

The government promises you a guarded healthy happy birth to death experience in a pristine enviroment and all they ask for is your right to your life, your liberty and your pursuit of happiness. Now who in their right minds would refuse a deal like that?
