I'm saying that I think that whole story about Amber is a lie.
There is positively NO EVIDENCE of any of that happening and to keep repeating it only works in Scott Peterson's favor.

You must be working for snotty's defence.

I'm thinking the same thing.

"Please don't post to me anymore. I have seen some of your shenanigans off the open forum and I find your behavior odd and wholly unacceptable." You are entitled to your opinion but don't ask questions if you can't take the truth!
I will post here at will! so get used to it.

Ah, thank you. So you don't put a lot of store in NE reporting? lol
If it were true, I don't see that it would help him much in avoiding responsibility for Laci's death. Makes him look like that much more of a jerk.
If it's not true, no wonder she got herself a pitbull of a lawyer. Wonder what took her so long...
It won't help Scott in the end to go after her. Regardless of how sidetracked conversations get here, this is no courtroom. That's the forum that will count.

This theory reminds me of a man we know. When he was in his 20's, he was "in love" with a woman who was, apparently, a little on the weird side, being into things like "astral projection" and "witchcraft". Yes, we thought he was foolish to be attached to such a person. But he was.
She left him for another man. With this other guy, there was a whirlwind courtship and marriage. Our friend was extremely upset and disappointed. He brooded about it. Later he developed a resigned air, and began to get over it.
I had never met the woman, but my spouse had, and had described her, including her appearance, to me. And of course I knew her name.
One evening I was watching the 10:00 news and I heard that name mentioned. I started paying attention, and saw footage of a woman--apparently THE woman I'm talking about--wearing handcuffs and being led by the police. My other half took a look and confirmed that it was she.
She had been arrested for MURDER FOR HIRE. She had hired 4 teenaged boys to kill her new husband, for his life insurance money. Furthermore, her mother was also accused of being in on the plot. The man had been shot down as he was coming home with groceries.
Last I heard, the woman is doing life without parole in the Louisiana Women's Penitentiary.
NOTE: This woman was NOT Pamela Smart. I know there are many similarities, but believe it or not, there is indeed another case that is a lot like the Pam Smart case, out there.
After it was all over, we confronted our friend and said, "That could have been YOU!" He agreed, and he has certainly never regretted losing her since then.

Because I'm trying to follow the information that is posted and to make sense of it? Good gracious!
I don't see any way that Amber participated in Laci's death, from what we know.
I think Geragas is blowing as much smoke as possible to confuse the case against his client.
To: pinz-n-needlez
You don't think spreading lies about Amber will help Scott Peterson? Do you understand how a trial works? Do you remember Mark Furhman?
And if she was culpable in any way, I'm sure she would have gotten herself an attorney BEFORE she even called the police.

It was printed in the tabloids and I assume Allred will file a slander suit if untrue. Irrespective, I doubt it will ever come into evidence because SP stated that he had not told AF he was married. In otherwords, there is nothing to impeach. It is hearsay. The fact SP told AF he was unmarried might be admissible as to his state of mind. The fact AF dated married men is totally irrelevant to the instant case. Probably not even relevant in family law case in a jurisdction such as California which is no fault.

"Did you see the one of the presents stacked in the corner near the fireplace?"LOL . Do I need to get my glasses changed or do you? I see what I believe to be some striped green/pinkish throw pillows on the right side of the fireplace and a white bookcase with pictures on it on the left side.
"I saw the kitchen floor, too. I can't tell if it is vinyl tiles, tiles of some other material, or sheet vinyl'
It looks to me like it could be an Armstrong vinyl flooring solid sheet but made to look like tiles. I kind of remember that look way back when.

I'm simply looking at a piece of information that has been discussed here many times.
If anything, my point is, hey, even if it's true, it doesn't seem like a big deal to me. A very plausible explanation is that she was preparing to be a good stepmother.
Look, I've never participated in flames on FR. I'm not arguing with you. I offered a thought on a subject that I had no idea was to be censored.
And I've never thought she was culpable. I still don't and I've said that several different ways this evening.

You must be working for snotty's defence. You know, I noticed that Alred took Amber's case and then suddenly this place is teeming with people who are *shocked* at the very *notion* of suspecting that Amber would *ever* do *anything* wrong, and already smearing posters who disagree, laying out vague innuendos about unnamed posters(it could be anybody) sending offensive FReepmail, and now someone "must be working for snotty's defence."
Please.
I does make me wonder who is working for whom.

"Can you think of a different logical reason why an about-to-be-dad's girlfriend would throw a baby shower and keep the gifts?",Pinz, I think there might be some confusion as to who you were talking about.
You were talking about Amber and the married man she dated who's wife's name was Michelle and pregnant weren't you?
I think Howlin thought you were talking about Amber having visitation with Laci's baby.
Am I correct in who you were thinking pinz meant Howlin?

People were already tired of the Amber trashers way before Allred got involved.
