Actually the brothers and sisters ALL look very different from Snott. This is one screwball family. Jackie P. had two children out of wedlock and gave them up for adoption. Then she was married and had a couple of children (I believe) from THAT marriage, then she married Lee Peterson , who was obviously divorced and who brought some of his children into this union. Snotty is the ONLY child of BOTH Jackie P and Lee P.!! A collecton of what appears to be a heinz57 group!! The one brother of SP's that I did see did not resemble Snott in any way whatsoever. Oh My God!!!!
Now I see it.

Unbelievable!
Despite the feeling of both families the court in most cases would of ordered everthing to be out of reach to both sided untill probate.
I feel for the MPD having to respond to the call to Laci's home. I still think legally it should have been stoped.
Emotionally I would have went and taken my daughters belongings too before the slimey Petersons sold everything.
If I was MG I think I would put a sock in Jackie P's mouth. Regarding "our house".
Didn't SP sign a Power of Attorney ot his parents? I know this does not entitle them to owning squat it just allows them to sign for him.

How is being from a "heinz 57 group" type of family play into this? I am the youngest of 13 children. My father was married prior to my mother and had 3 children with his 1st wife before she passed away - that takes the total to 16. My father dies when I was 14 and mom remarried when I was 18. My step-father had two children with his deceased 1st wife.
And I can also assure you that we do not all resemble each other.
Does this make me a potential murderer? Or just a candidate for the "Screwball Family of the Year Award"?

How many hours a day is a min. base line though?
In the case, neuro damage, that we use it is prescribed for 12 hrs. on 12 off.
What is the standard for lung disorders?

Good Night Jackie. I too have to give up "MY" computer soon. A husband is bugging me every five mins "are you finished yet"? Sorta sounds like a kid on a car trip, "Are we there yet"?

And if I just credulously watched TV and read the tabloids, or followed peer pressure I would be absolutely certain Scott did it.Get over yourself.
But I try to be circumspect at least question myself a little and apply reason to my thinking, and that makes me uncertain of anyones guilt, and able to find fault in ALL of the players in this little (melo)drama.
Spend some time thinking about this: every word Scott Peterson and his yakky parents have said has turned out to be a lie. Be sure and put your "eggs" in that basket.

I'm not baiting anyone. Those who choose to get offended, and reply do so of their own free will. That's God's gift to Man, part of what makes us all special.

You know Chad your posts all day long have been very arrogant. You have demonstrated the character of a Pharisee today. You know, "God I thank you that I am not like all those other people".

just because someone presents logical, non-emotional comments is no reason to attack them.

It depends on the amount of tissue damage in the lungs. Some patients seem to have very little need for continuous therapy (only needing it during an exacerbation) while others need to receive continuous therapy. Baseline depends on each patients condition and need. I do not know enoug about this woman's illness to even venture a guess at her baseline.

Here's a post I had earlier on this that you may find of interest.
#386 The Rochas had prior access to the property and the keys. Petersons needed to file the necessary legal papers to legally prevent the Rochas from entering the property and schedule a hearing. TRO, people do it everyday to prevent the other party from entering the premises. Geragos dropped the ball and the Rochas were within their legal rights. They stole nothing as everything taken was reported to the officer on scene and the attorneys.
To: Chad Fairbanks
Well if we ALL weren't sinners then we wouldn't need a Saviour would we? Fact is, we are all sinners. I'm talking about your legalistic, superiority attitude. Some of us just disagree with you that the Rocha's committed theft.
