The Phony Outrage of Black Democrats and Party Politics
Black Democrats are really misled if they believe their phony outrage is going to continue to allow them to maintain their cover of the “handcuff head politics” they practice.
Several weeks ago officials at Democrat National Committee (DNC) sought to simply dismiss 10 black entry-level staffers in what was termed a cost cutting move. The possible dismissals came to light when Donna Brazile, head of the DNC’s Voting Rights Institute expressed outrage.
Donna Brazile was right and I commend her for standing up for what she saw was a blatant smack of racism, but now that Congressional Black Caucus members are involved this wrong has become just another wrong and those 10 entry level employees should quickly look for new jobs because at the end of the day the CBC will sell them out.
The Congressional Black Caucus is the largest group of tokens walking on Capitol Hill; their simply minded approach to politics (everything Democrats do good, everything Republicans do bad) is the reason, why DNC Officials can simply dismiss black employees without merit and have nothing to fear in backlash.
When Donna Brazile rightly stated that if Republican National Committee Officials simply dismissed 10 black entry level staffers “she would be kicking Republicans were they needed to be kicked,” she was not joking and DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe would have made sure all his favorite tokens where out protesting in front of RNC Headquarters, Jesse Jackson and CBC Chairman Elijah E. Cummings complete with bullhorns in hand. NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, BET, Time, Newsweek, the New York Times, and the whole host of other leftwing newspapers and websites would have feed into and directed the public assault on the RNC. Democrat Presidential Candidate Al Sharpton would have been demanding meeting with RNC Chairman Marc Racicot as he did at the height of the Trent Lott Affair.
When former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott shot off his mouth with a stupid statement, the white Democrats that control the DNC where delighted to open of the cages and turn the CBC and all their self-appointed black leaders loose, but have you noticed not one bit of outrage from the so-called civil rights community on this completely anti-affirmative action move of last hired, first fired, so next time when you read that the NAACP and Rainbow/PUSH are non-partisan try not to laugh.
The CBC did express some outrage over these pending firing, but it was so phony that even Ray Charles could see thru it. The outrage was simply an act to trump the reporting of the story in the press and except for the Washington Times and Post and the website: Blackelectorate.com, no mainstream news media or black radio covered the story as they fanned the flames in the Lott Affair. DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe has been able to make the unfounded claim that he never reviewed the memo on the pending firings in a blunt attempt to dismiss the matter.
The CBC will not rock the boat too much because their very survival depends on their white Democrat Master. When Former Klansmen Senator Robert Byrd used a racial slur on national television in 2001, not one CBC Member expressed public outrage, because Senator Byrd is the ranking member of the Senate Apportions Committee and the CBC clearly fears that federal funds for their districts will be cut off, if he regains the chairmanship of the committee in a Democrat takeover of the Senate, this remains the key reason why black Democrats never question Mr. Byrd’s past association with the KKK.
The CBC seems open and willing to do the bidding of white Democrats when called upon, while they have been repeatedly shut out of leadership positions in the party. House Minority Leader Nancy Palosi’s D-Ca. treatment of fellow CBC Member Rep. Harry Ford D-Tennessee is a classic example of this, Pelosi simply laugh off Ford’s challenge for the Democrat House Leadership post during which, he was openly attacked by liberal black tokens such as Ron Waters.
Seems funny that CBC Chairman Elijah E. Cumming D-MD. is so willing to meet with his counterpart in Terry McAuliffe over this matter, while at the same time publicly making excuses for McAuliffe. If Cummings is looking for some resolution, then he better not hold his breath, because he seems to forget that McAuliffe himself holds the stolen title of “Chairman,” from Maryard Jackson, a Blackman, so why should he even care about 10 black entry level employees?
Donna Brazile maybe the last black Democrat, who knows the meaning outrage over pure racism, while her follow black Democrats bow down and kiss the rings and eat the table scraps of elitist Democrats like Terry McAuliffe, Bill Clinton Tom Daschle and Nancy Pelosi.
