Ann Coulter's new book, Treason, isn't even out yet. No, it won't hit bookstores for a few days - yet it's already being talked about and beating Hillary's work of fiction. Treason is #3 on the Amazon list. Hillary Clinton's tome is a tumbling #4.

It must be noted that the Amazon list records sales. If, as Jack Romano at Simon & Schuster claims, Hillary's book is the fastest selling non-fiction book of all time, it ought to be #1 on every sales list out there. There must be another vast right-wing conspiracy out there. On Amazon, Harry Potter is #1, East of Eden by John Steinbeck - Oprah's recommendation - is #2.

If the liberals are mad now, just wait until they see this in Coulter book. Joe McCarthy is the hero, the guy who saved America, according to this book. She's going to destroy more of the liberal myths we've been living with for all these years. It's not just a defense of McCarthy. It is full-fledged, pedal-to-the-metal praise for the Senator - and it's going to cause some real angst out there on the left

I can't wait to read this book. By the way, a new fight in the Senate is breaking out over Pryor, a nomination for the courts from Alabama. He's catching flak for being pro-life and anti-homosexuality.

Hillary! is down to FIFTH PLACE in the Amazon.com list. BTW, has anyone noticed that Amazon has pretty much replaced the Nyawk Times Best Seller list as the one people look at? Hillary! is kind of like the Kennedys. People in the Northeast arts and sausages crowd love her, and assume everyone else in the country is as enamored of her as they are.

that Pryor is getting heat is expected. I am not surprised at all. I was simply pointing out his "extremism" for all to see. I have been calling my Senators, Sessions and Pryor. They say Alabamans are mostly for this guy, and that its across party lines. Nationwide it's about 50/50 according to the caller. I'm going to keep calling them.

Do you see any of Hillary's other books in the top 100? Do you see any of the Gore's books? Michael Moore? Conason? No.

Ann Coulter had a lot to say about this sort of phenomenon in Slander. Yet again, she is proven right. None of the conservative books had the full court press of morning talk shows like Couric's, none were interviewed by Larry King, none made the New York Times review pages, none in USA Today, Time, Newsweek. Yet, books by conservative authors are disproportionately represented in the top 100 bestsellers.
