Dick Morris Lands on Best-Seller List; Coulter Crushes Hillary (Hillary Moved to fiction?)

Dick Morris Lands on Best-Seller List; Coulter Crushes Hillary

Dick Morris tells us that his book "Off with Their Heads: Traitors, Crooks & Obstructionists in American Politics, Media & Business," has opened at No. 11 on the New York Times' best-seller list.

Considering that the book lambastes the Times for its bias and corruption, the Old Gray Lady must be turning purple with rage.

By the way, several readers wanted us to alert people about some interesting changes in Amazon's best-seller list. As of this writing:

Ann Coulter's "Treason: Liberal Treachery from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism" was No. 1 in non-fiction.

Morris' book was No. 3.

Robert Patterson's "Dereliction of Duty: The Eyewitness Account of How Bill Clinton Endangered America's Long-Term National Security" was No. 5.

Coulter's "Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right" was No. 7.

Mona Charen's "Useful Idiots: How Liberals Got It Wrong in the Cold War and Still Blame America First" was No. 19.

Hillary Clinton's recently published, wildly hyped "memoirs" failed to make the top 25. Or did Amazon finally move it to the fiction list?

I read last night that there are 9.3 million copies of Harry Potter's latest book in print. Hillary is lucky to have 1.3 million in print. Guess which one will sell out. LOL

Actually any list it appeared in was a 'fiction' list. I didn't believe a word of the hype.

Wouldn't it be funny if Morris took Hillary's book and went point by point, rebutting the whole thing? Now that's a book that I might pay to read.

Harry Potter's already record first print may sell out. Like it or not, it's fans from the last books haven't outgrown it, and it has gained more fans since. I'm still waiting to read it, but I have three sisters who want to read it first and in my house it's ladies first. Hillary's book though, why would I want a book with her mug on the cover blown up so huge that you can see it with your eyes shut? That's a nightmare.

I agree with you on all points. I will say if it wasn't for the face they finally drew for the cover, I'd probably be having nightmares.

This is great, Ann Coulter beats Hillary. Was there any doubts?

Ah no. LOL, in truth I thought it might be possible for the wench to sell books via backers like unions etc. Oh well Hillary, back to the drawing board for your team of writers.

Hillary Clinton's recently published, wildly hyped "memoirs" failed to make the top 25. Or did Amazon finally move it to the fiction list?

Her fictional book is mired in a quagmire. Where are all her Wisdoms of Mass Declarations (WMD)?

We have been deceived I tell you! I am saddened, and deeply troubled, that the "smartest woman in the world" would deliberately mislead the American Public.

Poor Hillary. Down like a flushed loaf spinning madly to the water treatment plant. In the words of Crystal Gayle:

"Don't it make my brown eyes blue........"

I guess these things keep changing. My current Amazon list shows Ann Coulter 3, Hillary 8, and Dick Morris 24.

That's still pretty remarkable considering that Hillary has much wider name recognition than either of the the other two, a huge publisher's campaign behind her that is probably costing Simon & Schuster millions, and huge, fawning TV publicity from Barbara, Katie, et al.

I actually bought 2 copies, because after seeing how big it was I knew my 13 year old son would never finish it before I was ready to read it. Well he finished it in 2 days, and I haven't even opened my copy. I think I will donate it to the local library.

Now today my Ann Coulter book arrived, so I don't know which to read first. Life is so tough!!!!

This is actually very puzzling - Amazon's sales rank in nonfiction shows "Useful Idiots" at #14 - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/new-for-you/top-sellers/-/books/11079/ref=pd_ts_b_nav/102-1545507-5911323 - but in overall sales rank it's #148, while Living History is #8 in overall sales rank: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/new-for-you/top-sellers/-/books/all/102-1545507-5911323

Either the overall rank page hasn't been updated while the nonfiction list has, and Living History took a stupendous dive down the charts in the past day, or something's buggy.

Well, I hit my closest Barnes and Nobe today to buy both Dick Morris' book and Treason today. I actually bought two of Ann's book-- one for my dad and one for me.

I want to punk Hillary out of bestseller status in the worst way.
