Just... what can you say. Cross-dressing is a sexual fetish. The California governor has just signed into legislation a bill which opens the door for voyeurism in women's restrooms in public and work and school. If your daughter's heterosexual teacher decides he wants to start using the girls' restroom, he can just show up in drag. Think I'm kidding? It's already happening.

Next people will be forced to hire necrophiliacs, Dominatrix, beastiality types, and worse just because Gay Dufus says so.
Unless he's recalled first before that idea bubbles up from his backside.

Sounds like a great scam for getting that job or that promotion. Just toss on something slinky with rhinestones, do up the hair, apply some make-up and with those spike heels just walk into HR and demand whatever with the threat of a lawsuit for discrimination.

Gee........the sooner the big one hits California, the sooner sanity will return to the new west coast...Nevada.

This bill is sick, and is just another reason why democrats are scum, totally committed to the destruction of US institutions and way of life. They have been since the sixties, and it's exactly that counterculture generation that is now running many local and state governments.

Yep,the sick basterds all belong in the loony bin.

Unless he's recalled first before that idea bubbles up from his backsideAnd only then so long as the "replacement" isn't equally or more extreme. It's a very real possibility that this once glorious recall could become the beginning of a new nightmare. Too many "bafoon" candidates.

The bill was signed as a favor to the California AG who indentified by a SoCal police agency as a CD years ago when the then young politico ran with the Hollywood crowd.

Good thing I have no intention of advertising for a room-mate.After all, I just might "discriminate" against a protected weirdo class!
Thank goodness I dont own my own business! What if I needed to hire an employee to "represent" my company and work with the in-place team?
But then, I dont live in California....

Not a bill anymore...
It's a law. One more reason to boycott California.

There is a lot of ignorance out there about transgenderism and transsexualism and it's because logical debate is not allowed. Anyone questioning the validity of claims made about TG, TS, etc., are labeled as hate mongering or unPC, etc. People have become complacent and gullible about what this really is and accept the words of Oprah and other talkshow hosts who promote this as a gender identity problem needing tolerance. There is no empirical data to support the bogus theories being pushed onto the public about the cause of this "condition." However, if the TG/TS community can get the public to buy into their "physciolgically caused predicament," then the world is their candy store (as well as women's restrooms).
Gray Davis has sold out the citizens of the state of California AGAIN.
To: hotpotato
Just one more reason to recall Davis and vote for a replacement who will get the state's priorities straight, like Tom McClintock.

Great post. The Dems have transformed deviancy into a human rights issue.
To: hotpotato
I forgot to add the desire for the TG/TS to have access to opposite gender gyms and lockerrooms.
Assemblyman Mark Leno, the bill's sponsor, stated in an interview when asked about restrooms that the bill does not deal with the separate restroom issues. In other words, there will be lawsuits that businesses will now have to deal with coming from TGs that want to use the opposite-gender restroom and those with the appropriate XX, XY chromosomes suing for privacy. The people of California have no idea what's about to hit them.

You've hit the nail on the head.

California AG who indentified by a SoCal police agency as a CD years ago Got any photos? They could be useful in derailing his position anytime he showed up in public. We could pass 'em out in the audience.
