COnservative Interview: MHGinTN
Patriot Paradox
Posted on 09/01/2003 8:31:47 AM PDT by sonsofliberty2000
Hello all,
The first interview in a series of interviews with various conservatives on the net has just been posted on the Patriot Paradox. The interview is with MHGinTN and can be read at Patriot Paradox. Some highlights from the interview:
What is the worse argument pro-choice supporters use to defend their beliefs and why?
Hardened pro-choicers staunchly claim that the preborn are not yet a full human being. Not only is that scientifically anathema to the truths of embryology, it is a stance purposely designed to be vague in order to avoid what the pro-choicer knows is the real truth
they use the argument to avoid addressing the evil of euthanasia for vulnerable, inconvenient, alive, fellow human beings sequestered in the womb because the pro-choicers have chosen to dehumanize an entire class of fellow human beings. This will lead to cannibalizing embryonic and fetal individuals vulnerable to such wrong-headedness.
What things give you the greatest satisfaction?
"Witnessing the answers to fervent prayers, prayers Ive pleaded and the prayers of others. [My soul is regaled witnessing Gods love for us.] Of course there is a cool glass of Iced Tea, sitting in my rattan rocker on my front porch, in a cool summers evening breeze, the laughter of children for musical accompaniment.
MHGinTN the runs the website Life Support where he regulary discusses issues relating to life, "from conception to the grave". He currently has a book for sale called The Tree of Life. I hope you enjoy the interview and getting to know your fellow Freeper.

If you have any suggestions for future interviews Freepmail me the FR screenname and why they (or you) would be a good interview and I'll Freepmail them.
I'm hoping through getting to know fellow conservatives better we will be a closer, more tightly knit, group that will come together and hit the liberals cohesively instead of arguing amongst ourselves.

Thanks for posting this - bookmarked for reference.

Thank you ... I realize Nick had to start with someone, but I still question his starting with someone of so little note. That is only the secong time I've been 'interviewed' for public consumption ... it is sort of embarrassing, but Nick does a gentle job.
My literary agent is pushing TREE to screenplay people, currently. Next will be the book publishers. "You never know, ya just never know."

The process was surprisingly quite painless ... and I didn't even stay in a Holiday Inn that day! LOL ... but with what I said about our President, now I'll be called a Bushbot. It is, at least to me, an endearing title! ... but don't tell the Bush-haters.

You're welcome to interview me about the inadvisability of giving the voting franchise to non-veterans of military service.
You're also welcome to interview me about the utter stupidity of homeschooling by mouthbreathing, bible- banging high school dropouts.

I am not in favor of abortion. But!
I must say that respect for life as a concept in itself should be exercised far before conception. Where sex is no more than a biological function, abortion may as well be nothing more than a medical procedure. If we don't care for the person next to us who is already alive and kicking, how can we be expected to care about the well being of an embrio? Abortion is merely a symptom of a much bigger problem: selfishness and indifference..
Know what I mean?

Hey, Tame, your tagline ... wasn't catwoman a convert from criminality to pattime helper for the caped crusaders? ... Not the movie version, the comix. Wow, I must not have been paying close enough attention during those 'cultural' formative years.
