When I first started reading your email about Eric'c weekly call, I started getting a sinking feeling in my stomach when you explained that this week he called from Germany, I thought he must have gotten seriously wounded and I was almost afraid to read on. It was a huge relief to read he wasn't wounded in combat. How is he doing now?

He gets an endoscopy procedure done tomorrow morning to find out exactly what's wrong, but the medicine they're giving him is helping.

He's doing some sightseeing in the cool temperatures, and is very much enjoying not having to worry about being shot at for a few days!
