When I think of a Bush-Hillary race, I think the divisions would rise to an unbearable level. It would be like the Civil War all over again. That may be the fuse that starts the fire... sad

How do the Dems transition from all this to a coherent Presdential campaign? I dont know how they will be able to moderate this kind of stuff for general consumption...

Edwards is a disgrace to Small Towns everywhere.
And I pick Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Red White and Blue"...and to quote a line from this song "If they don't like it they can just get the hell out!!!"

Hildebeest secretly wants Bush to win in 2004. You can bank on that I believe.

Charade was one of my favorite movies - sorry I missed it. While watching the Democrats, they were so bad we switched to an old Glenn Ford/Rita Hayworth movie. Much better! I would really like to know who the folks were calling out during the debate. What we did watch of these "big debate" candidates was simply pathetic - all they could do was bash President Bush with personal attacks - but no solutions were offered. And they never offered solutions to terrorism - as I've said before on FreeRepublic, the Dems frighten me more than terriorists.

The protestors were supportes of Larouchie. A communist Democrat. Bob Grahm Cracker as the protestors called him and Joe Lieberman got the most heckled of the night.
Carol Mosely Braun tried to make it look like Republicans were the ones doing the protests, but Joe Lieberman and Brit Hume corrected her.
Lieberman was a target of the Communist Protestors because he is Jewish.

Didn't see the debate(thank God), but who were the protesters protesting?? They "claim" to be Lyndon LaRouche supporters, but would anyone be surprised if it was found out that they worked for Dean?

That CBC member that was just on Hannity & Colmes sounded like had a CD inserted in his head that was labeled "DNC TALKING POINTS" in monotone

Hillary can't afford for Clark to run and win. So she'll either run now or she isn't interested even in the future. Here is my guess .. both Hellary and Clark will jump in the race
If Hellary wins .. she'll pick Clark for a VP
ALSO .. that book signing .. that was Hellary's listening tour ..

I think they worked for Dean. He didn't get heckled once, while everyone else got heckled at least once.

Ugh, don't give DU the traffic.
They are on another planet and not worth the time or attention. You only feed their narcissism.

Right,,she wants her party to be led by clowns who will bow and kiss her pantsuit when she breezes in. If she thinks she can beat Bush by a good margin she will get in. But she has no stomach for losing or stepping aside.
To: MJY1288
LOL I thought so too.
They finally found the off switch.
To: MJY1288
Did anyone else notice that, with only two days to go before the 2nd memorial, not one of the candidates brought up 9/11?
Disgraceful.
To: cajungirl
A Civil War Wouldn't last too long. Most military support Bush, along with the gun owners.
Of course we would have to fight Mexico over Aztlan.

Kerry just basically called Ashcroft and the President bigots and racists. What the hell? This is what we expect from Senators nowadays? I think Kerry needs to look in the mirror.

The best was the time I got banned from a ultraliberal forum for demanding a source when this quote was posted: "I fully intend to use tactical nuclear weapons on the Iraqi people."- George W. Bush I wrote back "Yeah freakin' right, where's your source?" and then was booted off for good!
To: Fledermaus
But there is something new in this time of hatred on the left...they, for the first time in recent history, are out of power. This makes them even more dangerous and desparate. My point exactly.. Cajungirl hit the nail on the head, a BUSH HILLARY contest could be a catalyst for a civil disaster.
