LET'S FINISH OFF HILLARY CLINTON ONCE AND FOR ALL! CLICK HERE TO FOUND OUT HOW!

Posted on 09/17/2003 8:38:32 AM PDT by jmstein7

Peter Paul is back in the United States. If you don't know who is is, read this from Newsmax on September 7th, and then read on to find out how YOU can help finish off the Clinton's once and for all:

___________________________________________________

The Bush administration has quietly done an about-face on allegations that New York Sen. Hillary Clinton broke campaign finance laws in 2000 - with the Justice Department preparing to extradite one-time Clinton fund-raiser Peter Paul to the U.S. as part of a plea deal for his testimony.

Facing charges of stock fraud in the U.S. himself, Paul told reporters in 2001 that Sen. Clinton failed to report $2 million in in-kind contributions to her 2000 Senate campaign - expenses he incurred producing a gala August 2000 fundraiser-tribute to Bill and Hillary in Los Angeles.

Upon his indictment in June 2001 Paul fled to Brazil, where he was promptly arrested by local law enforcement. He has languished in jail there ever since, trying through his lawyers at Judicial Watch to arrange a plea bargain in exchange for his testimony against the New York Democrat.

In a troubling development, Paul was relocated last month to Brazil's maximum-security state penitentiary in Brasilia, where he was placed in the infamous Block F, also known as the "Corridor of Death."

Judicial Watch complained to the Justice Department last week that Paul's life was now in danger. The group's president, Tom Fitton, warned that 16 prisoners have been killed in Block F in the last year alone and that Americans are not very popular among Brazil's most hardened inmates.

"He's already been threatened," Fitton told the New York Post on Sunday.

"It's a mystery why Paul remained in a Brazil jail even after that country's Supreme Court decided he should be extradited last December," the paper noted. "After that, Fitton says he continually pressured officials at the U.S. Embassy to fetch Paul, but they told him they needed 'official' notice from the Brazilian foreign minister before they could do so."

When official notice finally came in mid-August, however, authorities didn't release Paul. Instead he was transferred to the Brasilia lockup while U.S. authorities declined yet again to intercede on his behalf.

But now, apparently fearing a repeat of what happened to key to Whitewater witness James McDougal, the Bush Justice Department has turned on a dime.

McDougal's testimony was to be the basis for an indictment of Mrs. Clinton in 1998. But he died in prison after guards confiscated his heart medication and threw him into solitary confinement, where he suffred cardiac arrest.

The sudden action on Paul's case comes just weeks after reports surfaced that former Hollywood fund-raiser Aaron Tonken has supplied damaging testimony about Hillary Clinton's fund-raising practices.

"I'm a star witness against President and Mrs. Clinton," Tonken claimed in a recent report on his case in Vanity Fair magazine, explaining that prosecutors wanted his testimony about" "fundraising activities that I've done on behalf of the Clintons."

The exact nature of Tonken's allegations against Sen. Clinton remains secret, the magazine said. But the celebrity moneyman is known to have been involved in the August 2000 fund raiser that is at the heart of Peter Paul's allegations.

Paul's extradition to the U.S. is set for Sept. 12 - "if he lives that long," says the Post.

___________________________________________________

Well, he lived that long, and now he is back in the USA.

EVERYONE call Judicial Watch (I already have), and tell them to get on this one immediately! The more people who call, the more pressure, the quicker and more effectively they will act.

The CORRECT number (not the number you find on their site) is:

202-646-5172

That is not the contribution number, it is their actual Washington office number. Again, it is:

202-646-5172

Call them and tell them:

1) To put out a more detailed press release

2) To hop to it and start proceeding with the rest of the case

3) To look for bookings on major news shows (I bet O'Reilly would be up for this one -- he HATES Hillary)

202-646-5172

The faster we do this, the faster we get rid of Hillary. Now, I know that there are doubters who will no doubt post doom-and-gloom replies about how it is not worth bothering and how CLinton will somehow manage to slide, but that is absolute defeatist nonesense not becomeing FR members.

If we don't act at all, we can be assured that nothing will be done. Inaction is not an option. Call now!

Someone wants him not only silenced, but dead. (Think Webster Hubble. He never got to testify against Clinton either. He'd DEAD, like so many other Clinton "talkables")

If Judicial Watch screws this one up, they're worthless. How many times have they been handed the Clintons on a silver platter, and let them slide?
If they expect credibility, they have to at least win a case.

202-646-5172; called...and challenged them to press hard through the media to get this pulicized!

The lady who answered said she's gettng lots of calls but she couldn't comment on the Peter Paul topic. If I wanted to talk to someone about it, I should call back this afternoon and talk to someone in the 'investigations group'. I will call back!

How many times can we go through this with JW? Whatever happened to the law suit on the wiped hard drives? I thought JW was on their way to a victory when Judge Lambreth gave the go ahead. It has since disappeared off the radar screen.

The Gov. has all the records of Paul, lets see if there is equal justice under the law!!

He must fear the Clintons much more than he fears the "Corridor of Death" in Brasilia.

Someone behind the scenes needs to provide high security for this person before he "commits suicide" by shooting himself in the back of the head 3 times.

What if - JW works for the Clintons - and while everyone sits back thinking that JW is going to get them (how many times have they slipped away) - they somehow manage at the last moment to screw things up?

Just a thought - I mean how many times have they "almost" had the clintons?

Against Clinton personally? 43 that I count with no victories. Add another 50 or so against the administration (FBI IRS. etc) with 0 victories. Klayman is a pathetic schieter. He will will an injunction here or there and thinks he's won the war. In reality he's as effective as a enuich with a lifetime perscription of viagra!

Lets see, 900 FBI files, Travel gate, covering up rape, posible murder, pardoning of FALN terrorists for absolutely "no reason" (the reason was Hillarys vote buying), pardoning of the biggest tax cheat in US history for again, absolutely "no reason", burying people in arlington cemetary for cash who never served in the Military (Larry lawrence), visiting Carly Simon a day after her personal assistant was busted for trying to pick up a few pounds of coke (ahh...so thats with the red nose)..I mean you`d could fill up this entire website with everything the Clintons did, what makes you thing this is going to be treated any different? They`re liberals and that means they`re untouchable. It`s not like they broke into a hotel or anything right? ha ha!

I've HAD IT with Hillary Clinton, and I'm tired of feeling powerless to do anything about it.

Anybody want to help do some fundraising to implement a specific plan to get rid of her. I know it would consist of:

1) A "mainstream" type (aka non-newsmax type) website
2) A full-page ad for the site in a NY Paper.
3) Frequent papering (flyers) in Manhattan

I'm so sick of her; I'm ready to go -- a good grass-roots movement would be novel and would have a chance of success if run properly. Any New Yorkers interested?

Definitely. Maybe if we can get Yahoo!, CNN.com, ABC News, and FoxNews.com on board...

2) A full-page ad for the site in a NY Paper.

Preferably the Times, I would think.

3) Frequent papering (flyers) in Manhattan

Wouldn't that get you a huge litter fine?

There was an indepth article in either the August or September issue of Vanity Fair magazine on Peter Paul and others who were involved in the Fundraising event that was help in Los Angeles in 2000. Given the cast of characters involved, all of them with credibility issues, I just don't know whether this thing would spill over and hurt Hillary. I would love it if it did. I guess we will have to wait and see if this ivestigation goes anywhere or it's just another dry hole. Also I have zip confidence in Larry Klayman or Judicial Watch at this point.
