Fox reporter says that:
"Those in the know say that, though he may be a valuable source of information, he will probably not be prosecuted himself, as they are really going after the dealers. . ."

Questionable reporter, though. That guy is with WSVN the Miami Fox affiliate. WSVN was the leader in sensational local news coverage. Somewhat spotty journalistic reputation.

Probably because the ex-housekeeper was lying. I'll bet that there was some attempted extortion going on and Rush told her to go to blazes, he could survive anything she knew about him.

The bad part of that statement makes it sound like he was involved in taking them. He better be prepared for an onslaught if he did. You know he will get tarred and feathered for being within 100 miles of the episode.
Should be interesting!

The Democrats' pre-recall-election house of cards construction appears to be collapsing on all sides. Methinks their legendary condescension vis a vis the electorate has come home to roost.

It was all much ado about nothing. But this story in the National Enquirer should tell conservatives liberals are not their friends and they should stop aiming to be like them. Rush's right, its time for us get back on the offense.

You have to figure,"Where's the evidence against Rush? A few words in an email or a taped phone call can mean anything.
Even if part of it is true, we don't know what Rush was going through or how much pain he is in.

This is so weird.
We are not talking about cocaine or heroin here. I am old enough to know that if a person is rich enough and shops around for the right doctor he/she can get a prescription for anything.
Why the heck would he be buying pills from a maid?

I don't see why everyone is acting relieved by what is clearly bad news.
Or am I just too naive to realize that everyone instinctively expects total hypocrisy on drugs?

Roy Black, famous south Florida attorney, (got the Kennedy kid off on rape charges), was on MSNBC's The Abram Report tonight, to discuss the Kobe Bryant case.
Host Dan Abrams told viewers there was a rumor Rush had hired Roy Black as his attorney, but he wasn't going to ask Roy Black if that was true, because he promised Roy wouldn't. Then Abrams said to Black; "maybe you will come back tomorrow night and let us know if there's any truth to the rumor. Black, simply smiled and said, "Thank you."
My guess ? Black is Rush's lawyer.

I'm good with this as long as I know that anybody else whom might happen to be a buyer in this "script ring" would also be dismissed from charges versus having their cars, homes seized as "accessories to a crime"... :)

Interesting news, if this is correct.
In fact, even if everything this woman said was true it would be highly unusual for law enforcement to enlist the aid of a dealer in order to build a case against her customers. It works the other way around, folks.
