NEVER FORGET

...During this Recall Gov. GRAY DAVIS Election the Los Angeles Times has purposely given California Voters:

Misleading Election Polls / Dirty Tricks Articles / Delayed Dirty Tricks Articles

...while it prepares some more for us to digest before the Oct. 7th Recall Election.

...During this Recall Gov. GRAY DAVIS Election the Orange County Register has responsibly given us all 'JUST the FACTS, Ma'am'

...The Orange County Register has recently expanded its circulation. This includes many more Newstands both inside and outside Orange County and...

...SUBSCRIPTION service outside Orange County.

...Your Home Copy will be delivered in a very pretty ORANGE colored plastic sleeve with its Toll Free Customer Service Phone No. printed on it:

...1 877 627 - 7009.

...Since the L.A. Times is not on YOUR side...

...isn't it time for a Change in newspapers...

...just like the one Gov. ARONOLD's going to bring...

...to our wonderful state of California...

...come this October 7th..?

Starting now, Cancel the Times, Get the Register ...4-CLARITY

NEVER FORGET

Cancelled my LA Times sub this morning at 8:00am. The nice lady asked me why and I said I'm tired of the slanted news and I personally think the Arnold article should have been released earlier.

Let's see if we can find out how many other people cancelled.

I've NEVER taken the Times and quite frankly, have enjoyed TELLING THEM SO whenever they call for "even the free one????". Yes, even the free one. NO THANK YOU!

thanks for posting this Ronnie. Everyone who cancels their LATIMES subscription should tell the LATIMES that the money they save on that subscription will be donated to the JoinArnold campaign.

This will send a message.
Terminate the LATIMES!

We need to call into John & Ken at KFI and have them camp out in front of the Times building and convince all 2 million of their listeners to cancel the Times. That might get their attention.

I did this too. I was listening to John and Ken and was irritated about the slanted coverage of the Los Angeles Times.

There needs to be something done. The LOS ANGLES NEWSPAPER GROUP (Daily News, Daily Bulletin, Pasadena Star) needs to come up with a pragmatic centrist paper that could compete against the Los ANgeles Times, local slant yet filled with quality writers.

I switched to the Daily Bulletin for 7 day service (1.75 more than SAT/SUN only for the Times). And I got a free supermarket gift card :)

I think they will probally loose 1-2 thousand readers.

I've read the Register since I was a kid. While their front page is left leaning, I like their editorial staff. The Times recently tried to give us a free trial and started delivering the paper. I called and told them if they didn't stop, I'd report them for littering.

To anyone who doesn't know, the "new" Ikea building off the 405 and Harbor is the old LA Times Orange County facilty revamped to meet the needs of the home furnishings retailer. The Times finally gave up and ran out of the county a few years ago.

The Times building is still there, Ikea was built in front of it. I have a friend who works for the Times (machinist) and they're talking about raising their sign so people will know they're alive.

About that Ikea (Swedish for cheap). I hear it's their largest. Also, if you buy the first item you see when you walk into the door, you still have to follow the path through all three floors to get to the checkout.

I've tried repeatedly to get Register home delivery. I live in Downey, in east central L.A. County. The Register has refused, and has even removed dozens of former "honor" sales boxes in my vicinity. I fear you're talking through your hat.

Isn't it Message Sending Time..?

Some people are a little slow in getting the message themselves. I cancelled my L.A.T. subscription 10 years ago and subscribed to the national weekly edition of The Washington Times. That, along with the internet, keep me up to date on everything important to know. The L.A. Times is a Communist newspaper. That's not an exaggeration.

You'll be interested in this post (supposedly thousands of LA Times subscriptions canceled after the Schwarzenegger hit).

Cancel the LA Times and tell them that you are donating the money you save to Free Republic.

That will drive them even more into the Lunatic Left Depression.

The LA Times sued Free Republic and Jim and tried to shut down Free Republic because we dared to post their lunatic left articles in Free Republic.

Please any freeper who still subscribes to the LA Slimes, cancel it and tell them that you are donating your savings to Free Republic.

I believe that the LA Slimes may be involved in the "drug use" smear of Rush Limbaugh, too. Read my theory in this post.
