Brit was priceless with Mulholland trying to say this was damning for Bush.

Brit: So you're saying that a Republican Governor winning in a primarily Democrat state is a bad thing for a Republican President?

Later...

Brit: Who are you calling Junior. Oh, oh, President Bush. I've never heard him called that before. hmmmm

Ir's better than that. Mulholland actually said the voters weren't mad at Davis, they were mad at whoever was in charge!

2 in one day!

First it was John & Ken lambasting Gloria Allred and now Brit Hume exposing Mulholland on national TV.

What a great day!

THis has been the Dem Talking point all day! It started earlier today With Terry McAwful and has been parrotted by every DUMBO talking head all day. Davis losing is somehow a referendum on Bush and the "Bush Economy" --- go figure

But Brit is beating on him good and Bob's voice is cracking!!!

Brit's tone of voice perfectly conveyed "Did you actually just say the incredibly moronic things that I heard?"

Brit to Mullholland...

So you think 60% of Californians voting for a Republican is something a Republican President should be worried about?

Oh for Pete's sake...

On *both* CNBC and CNN, the anchor asked the guest talking head questions of the form, "how could someone with Davis's expertise at getting elected lose this badly"?

Gee, I dunno, maybe because it's actually about SUBSTANCE instead of "playing politics"?

The (Dem) talking head on CNBC answered that maybe it's because California was "hit by" a bad economy, an energy crisis, a budget deficit, etc., and Gray Davis's career was "hurt" by that. He tried to make it sound like some sort of natural disaster that rolled into the state from the Pacific. Funny how he didn't mention how much Davis might have *contributed* to those problems, and that's why he's being fired by the voters... Sheesh.

And the stink will be gone soon!

And so the litigation begins - liberal (newly appointed judges) will be very busy for the next few weeks processing the democratic filings.

Now I will have to change my tag line!!!( At least half of it)

What a jerk Mulholland is...he kept referring to the President as Bush, Jr. Hume finally asked him who that was since there isn't a Sr. and Jr. Bush. Honestly, I really do think I would be ashamed if Republicans acted like this on national television.

Jesse Ventura on MSNBC can't even show his eyes. He has to wear sunglasses because he's been crying. Sounds very bitter that another actor trumped his small victory in MN.
