That's the name of the county where Terri Schiavo's Hospice is. Also I have heard the name Pinellas Park. Maybe that's a little 'burb around there.
The article talks about Clearwater.

There may be a relative blip of a revival IF there's sufficient prayer; fasting and prayer etc.
But essentially, I agree--you are right--it will get worse and worse.
