Greer have had the Scientology MacPherson case a long time ago. Trust me. There's so much corruption in our county that it wouldn't surprise me if they were somehow connected.

When the hammer comes down, hopefully we'll see some major perp walks.

And this... George Felos used his widely known mind control techniques, imo on Michael Schiavo. Doesn't meant HINO wasn't bad to begin with but with mind control, it can only make things worse.

Felos definitely is using cult techniques trying to isolate Terri and to inflict sensory deprivation upon her. She hasn't been outside for THREE YEARS. The nurses have strict instructions re: what objects can be in Terri's room. BIRTHDAY CARDS were taken down by Hospice employees last December 3rd.

Mind control and scientology use the same techniques. Felos openly calls it mind control and scientology just identifies it as positive thinking when you go for their dogma. Felos practices Yoga and does special breathing techniques to forget about all the tubes he's pulled and the sci's use breathing techniques on potential newbies which causes hyperventilation. When you are weak and also dizzy, they can begin to indoctrinate. True, true, true.

I'm sorry that Greta Van Susteren is a scientologist. She has had Terri's family on without Felos however. Felos demanded equal time the next evening. He's awful.

The Scientology Emotional Tone Scale -- I believe you are kidding, but that's just in case others don't realize it.

1- heard a thump and got up
2- got up for some reason and then heard a thump
3- was in the process of getting up and heard something

In deposition, Michael was asked about his mum.
Q. Your mother's name is Claire?
A. Clara.
Q. Is that with an "A".
A. Something like that.

SOMETHING LIKE THAT? It's your mother's name, for screaming in a bucket!!

Didn't know the year he got married. Didn't know how long he worked for his present employer. Didn't know how long he lived in Florida and on and on.

When he spoke of Terri's 'wish' to be starved and dehydrated, his statement was NOT:
"We were watching a movie called (title) and the star (name) was in a coma and Terri said "Now, I'm telling you, Michael. I don't want to be sustained on life support for any reason. You dig?"

What he said was:
"We would be watching some programs..." and "Terri said 'No tubes for me'."

Would be watching WHAT???? What the #$%& kind of statement is that? What tubes? Did she refer to a feeding tube specifically? Did she lay everything out for the guy? Was that really a matter of great importance to her? If so, howzcome nobody else on the bloody planet knows? Wouldn't you tell your mum and dad or, at least, your brother/best-friend if something like that crossed your mind and you felt it important?

THESE STATEMENTS are clear and convincing evidence? Why couldn't he, at very least, nail what 'programs' they 'would' be watching?

My head - she's a gonna asplode.

Is there anyone, outside of Judge Greer, who would look on such statements as 'clear' or 'convincing'?

Yes, I'm paraphrasing to a slight degree, but only a slight one. Read the documents and your head gonna asplode as well.

Pat Anderson could do kartwheels and it wouldn't matter to Judge Greer. I know Pat's done a lot of motions to have Michael removed as guardian. It's probably within one of those motions re: Michael's conflicting accounts. I don't have any of those motions handy but maybe Juan knows where you could look on line.

Hi, phenn -- yeah, it defies all logic how such obvious discrepancies are ignored by Greer et al. I know it makes my head hurt at this distance; how much more for those of you who live there and see this unfolding on your doorstep? How frustrating it must be to be in court to witness this crap, as some here have been.

Anyway, you are all in my thoughts and prayers, that you may have wisdom and discernment and everything that you need to return Terri to her parents where she belongs. May God also work in the hearts and minds of any who are working against Terri and her parents -- that has been a fervent ongoing prayer.

LOL!
The only other place in the USA one can see people aimlessly wandering around in blue uniforms, without insignia, is just outside of Lackland AFB, TX!
It would be funny, except for the fact that "the media" assigns more gravitas to insane-quasi religious cults, than they do to the "truth".

>> How frustrating it must be to be in court to witness this crap, as some here have been

I'll tell you what I find the most frustrating. It's that the public is buying this nonsense hook, line and sinker.

I went to one of Mr. Felos's right-to-die seminars last year. August, I think. Certainly before he knew who I was. In any event, I cannot explain how sickening it is to hear someone trying to coo and seduce others into signing away their right to life. I eventually got up and left because I couldn't take it anymore.

Do any of these people believe for a moment that a lawyer is discussing all of this out of the goodness of his/her heart? Can they not see through the facade?

You know what it reminded me of - those MLM seminars a friend suckers you into attending. Carefully placed words and body language can make anything sound like a good idea to the masses. Well, the masses are wrong for accepting this line of thinking.

What we will end up with, if we don't start paying attention, is a medical community that has absolutely no obligation to treat you anymore. We will have a system in which vulnerable people can be absolutely flogged by greedy family members or lawyers. We're half-way there already in Florida.

There was a segment on 60 minutes last night about life support. Yes, some of the patients they were discussing were actively dying and aggressive treatment was probably only causing pain. But not every person who receives life-prolonging treatment is in that boat and not recognizing that is disastrous. I know this from personal experience. It was very creepy to hear some of these doctors relate how they felt that 'letting go' was doing the patient a favor. Beyond creepy, actually.

They had a tiny snip of Terri on the program. How did they describe her? (Everyone say it with me, now) As a "woman in a coma".

That makes the thought of killing her less of a pill to swallow to the masses. It's not so bad, then.

But, you try talking about these things to some Joe on the street and he'll think you're out of your bloody mind. They assume they are better dead than fed and it's because of this right-to-die movement and their sales techniques. These people own the media, in my opinion. They are consumate marketeers.

That is not by accident. George Soros and Robert Woods Johnson, two MASSIVE grant issuing institutions have dedicated tens of millions of dollars to these very ends. Now, instead of some families fighting to keep treatment away from an actively dying patient who is suffering, families have to fight to keep an otherwise healthy person fed.

It's called lowering the bar. It frees up beds, loosens up bank accounts, frees up some organs and dehumanizes each and every one of us in the process. But, hey, it's your 'right', babe.

You have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. But will he masses open their eyes to it? I just don't know anymore.
