Folks, do you recall the post I wrote last August regarding the claims of one José Luís de Jesús Miranda of being "Jesus Christ Man"? Well, there have been some new developments on that front. According to Newsweek, last week de Jesús Miranda called himself the Antichrist and revealed a "666" tattooed on his forearm. He explained that, as the second coming of Christ, he rejects the continued worship of Jesus of Nazareth. Yeah, that makes sense
First he said he was "Paul." Then he claimed he was "Jesus." Now, he's the Antichrist. Dude, make up your mind! I mean, if you have one left after so many flips! May be we should call him "Flipper" instead.
At least the man holds to one delusion at a time. Otherwise we could argue he suffers from multiple personality disorder.
Although, I have to say, that his new identity befits him the best. I've always known the guy was an antichrist! Now, is he "the" Antichrist? No, he's too much of a comic figure to be the Great Adversary. He lacks the lowly "gravitas" I've come to expect from the Real Dude. It may be that de Jesús Miranda is a water-carrier for Old Nick, but he's definitely not the Bad Emissary.
Let me tell ya', pretty soon satirists and comedians will be unable to compete with real-world news. Current events are becoming so bizarre in themselves that poking fun at them will have the reverse effect. Satire will make these events and actors, well, more respectable.
Hey Jay Leno! Dont poke fun at this one, please!
PING!
Well, I guess the end really is near.
Not two weeks ago, he was still Jesus.

Well, I am confused! (LOL)
Si! :O)
Nut cases sure distract from the real . . .
But are destructive in their own right.
When the big guy comes back, this dude better run.
