Why would anyone wish that this Kenyan/American chap have any fewer rights than his father's other children. Since Kenya was part of the UK at the happy hour of our POTUS' birth, I sincerely believe he should be in line for the throne.

How about the President who threw away all his records so no one could look at them and find out he was not qualified to be President of the United States.
It’s apparently been documented by Leo Donofrio that President Chester Arthur was not qualified, per the Constitution to be President (and threw away most everything he had so that no one could find out).
At least Obama has only “sealed” them..., this other President actually *threw them away* and destroyed most everything... LOL...
Yeah ... it’s pretty sad when his dog has more credible papers than he does.
If this is intended as an argument in favor of 0, it is silly beyond its silliness. All anyone is asking of 0 is for him to make his real birth documents available for public examination. It would be a simple thing for him to do, and cost far less than the millions he is spending to keep them hidden. Until he can and does prove his eligibility to be president, he is a fraud, regardless of what Congress ignores or what the Supreme Court refuses to examine.

That’s curious. I wasn’t aware of the Chester Authur controversy.
I really want to see both Congress and the states clamp down some hard procedures to verify the eligibility of the President.

Well, while some thought — at the time he was Vice President and President that he was not qualified, per the Constitution, some believe it on the basis that he was not a natural born citizen, because of his father’s status (like some are saying about Obama). Others said, at the time, that he was born in Canada. Either way, he wasn’t qualified to be President, according to the Constitution.
