False Lord no faith false baptism doesn’t even speak for other catholics here.

The keeping of the Sabbath and the appointed times was not interrupted in the true way of Yashua until Constantine substituted his paganism. The word of God is what he rails against, and his ‘ears’ are plugged.

By your own admission, you are not a ‘Torah’ Jew, since you follow an ‘oral’ Torah that changes the unchangable Torah of Moses.

Do as you wish with ‘xmas’ since it was invented by your fellow Pharisees in Rome in the 4th century when they invented the ‘catholic’ church. You have much in common with them, as they also change Torah, the gospels, and the epistles through oral abominations.

YHVH changeth not.

Your ‘church’ teaches that, and much worse; even the paganizing of ‘mary’ so yes you do know why!

It is customary here at FR to attack the messenger when you’ve no ammunition with which to attack the message.

Ruy Dias de Bivar is not attacking out of malice, but out of ignorance, and the false words of others that he has so often heard.

In my youth I listened to Garner T A off and on for years on radio and thought he might be on to something.
Then years ago I caught Garner Ted on THE WORLD TOMORROW TV show.

In a thirty minute broadcast he spent almost 20 minutes denigrating other churches and making fun of their beliefs in a very snide manner. He only “preached” maybe 5 minutes in the thirty minute program. I found that was common of his TV shows.

This was before I understood the Christian message but even then I began to realize he was a blow hard.

The term “Torah Jew” is a self-description of Orthodox Jewry. It encompasses Jews who follow the written and oral laws. You aren’t familiar with it because you are talking kookie talk.

But to reiterate a favorite joke: The Saducees were very sad, you see.

Nu? (that’s a Jewish term for “Well?...”) Is your mother Jewish?

My mother was from two Jewish families in Sicily, but we were raised Christian.

The only real Torah Jews are the Karaites; the rest have changed Torah, and thus are “ them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.” (Rev 2:9)

Garner Ted was somewhat off the track in his younger years, but he continued to learn. I think he is on the right track presently. Unfortunately, many of the WWCOG are not.

Back in the real world, Karaites (literalists) and Perushim/Rabbinic Jews have the exact same written Torah. Normative Orthodox Jews simply also have the Talmud, which is a collection of traditions, explanations, and debate on the Torah.

I've met Garner Ted on many occasions at Feasts and at Church services.
Like any man of age, he had his aches and pains which bothered him.
And like any man who knew his Bible, he had very little patience for those who just wished to attack, or lead people astray.
I'm very proud to have know him a little, and very proud of his work.
There were a few things he taught that I'm not sure about,
but his years in the Navy, and in archeology, before he went deep in to his Bible work, taught him well, how to build proofs, and how to analyze his surroundings.
The man was a great help to many.

You mean, you were raised Catholic.... Non e vero?

Listen, you are trying to be a JC-observant Jew. (it’s only you guys who write G-d’s name as you do) Did you explore your Jewish inheritance before going down that path?

No, catholic has no real connection to Yashua.

The catholics were the devils that tried to stamp out the feasts commanded by YHVH.

Talmud contains the elements that destroyed the worship that YHVH presented in Torah.

There is no ‘oral Torah,’ only an oral rejection of Torah that led Israel away from Torah and into idolatry's many forms.

So you’re a straigh-up Jew for Jesus, ey?

When G-d says in His Torah, “Place fringes on the corners of your garments” or “Bind THEM as a sign upon your ‘hand’ and wear THEM as ‘frontlets’ between your eyes....” When the creator of heaven and earth who spoke to the Jews at Mount Sinai said these words to His prophet Moses, who transcribed them to a literal scroll... what did He mean? How do you (or any Christian for that matter) square G-d’s words. Judaism acknowledges that every single word and letter (in Hebrew of course) is pertinent. So editor, (Ed?) where are your written-Torah perfect fringes? May I see a photo?

YOU, Jew, have an inheritance. Go see your local orthodox rabbi. Do not pass go, nor shalt thou collect $200...

Applying a pharisaical twist to Torah denies you its benefits. That is your inheritance.

Don’t do fringes on the corners of your garments? How about mezzuzah... when you “write THEM on the doorposts of your house and upon your gates...” What do you write? How do you write it? What kind of pen? Or ink? You get my drift? What you hold is absurd...that G-d’s Torah is abrogated. His word isn’t eternally true?

And yup, it’s your inheritance. Imagine, the King of Kings gives YOU a commandment...even if it’s to dig a hole and fill it in again...you do it! Your status in Judaism is that of a “Child who was captured.” You were never nurtured as a Jew. Ok, you don’t have to blaze a trail. Others have been there. I don’t envy your challenge, but a JEWISH expression translates to, “G-d doesn’t give one a test that he cannot pass.” Good luck.
