Once again, dear Father, we are seeking You and requiring You of necessity and on the authority of Your Word. It is to You only that we look. Thank You that Your Word says that You hear us and deliver us from ALL our fears. We receive today.
We pray for those American military men and women—all of whom You have put on our heart--and for our United States of America. You have given Your intercessors a loud, strong and incessant call to pray. Our confidence is that Your call to pray is an assurance of an answer!
You are the Great Shepherd. Along with David, we pray for our military and for our leaders that You would be the One to order their steps, their decisions and all their actions. Lead them in the path of righteousness for Your name’s sake. For our military and those leaders who are seeking You, prepare a table before them in the presence of our enemies. We trust that surely goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow them all the days of their lives, and through the length of their days lead them to choose the house of the Lord and Your presence as their dwelling place.
When the [uncompromisingly] righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh. (Prov. 29:2) Right now, we are groaning and sighing. For the remnant who are following You, we give You thanks. For those who are working against Your principles, Father, we pray that You would enlighten their eyes to see the beauty and ‘rightness’ of Your Kingdom and the way it works. There are an infinite number of ways of going wrong, but one and only one way of going right. If they will not repent, remove them from positions of authority so that they can no longer do harm.
Father, we want our Nation to manifest Your promise to Israel in Jeremiah 33: “And it (The United States)shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and an honor before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure unto it.” With You, all things are possible. For those things, we thank You in Jesus’ name. Amen.

OH LORD, it’s our hearts desire that each and every soldier would be confident and assured not only in the prayers of us, but in the prayers of their own hearts. Blend our words with theirs as we ask that YOU hear our cries and direct our requests. Remind them, that it is not burden to us to kneel before YOU on their behalf, and it is not burden to YOU to bend down and touch each one with MERCY and GRACE…AMEN. Dear JESUS, YOUR NAME is the Door to the Throne Room of the ALMIGHTY and we ask that each one would find their way THROUGH YOU..Amen.
