According to the Christian Post on Dec. 19, the cause of Pastor Zachery Tims' death has been released after his mother fought for over two years not to have it released.
It was on Aug. 14, 2011 when the 42-year-old Florida megachurch pastor was found dead in the W. Hotel in Times Square in New York City.
The New York City chief medical examiner's office released a statement on Thursday saying the well-known pastor died accidentally from "acute intoxication by the combined effects of cocaine and heroin."

I know the “PDL” in it stands for “Purpose-Driven Life”, one of those megachurch self-help crazes from a few years ago. Basically, it’s a ping list mostly about the antics of wacky megachurch leaders.
