I have read more than “this media” friend. There are way too many other avenues that have covered what he said, and the attempts to re-write it afterwards. You keep following and believing as you will. I will continue to follow the Cross of Jesus Christ. Not some guy in a booth telling me my sins are forgiven. Wrong. Only Jesus Christ can do that and he DID NOT Delegate the responsibility to anyone else!

The clear point is when the Pope opens his mouth to make a statement people are listening. Maybe he should address the things he actually has control over changing.

Well that one is easy. He should clearly state that if one wants a sodomite civil union the church doors are closed and then tell them why. Why he even addresses the secular gay unions is unknown other than trying to strike a cord of reconciliation. Well he should be the one man on earth who should know there is no reconciliation with sin. Meaning he cannot bring ‘sanctified’ sin into the church.
Maybe Pope Francis needs to hire me as an advisor. His current advisors stink from a theological and political standpoint.

You just can't stand it when others are trying to show agreement with you on moral issues. I do not fellowship with those who thumb their noses at God's Laws and established morality. I might be pointing out to you as well that those deceived Protestant churches which do allow gay cerimonies and unions started out with the same compromising language we are seeing from Pope Francis. So, in a few months maybe you will see what I am pointing out.
