At our Latin Mass you would not likely see a fellow wearing clothing displaying any kind of group affiliation or sports-type logos but the dude himself, I think he looks great and probably very Catholic..

I sometimes get up to 9-10 mg cumulative dose of melatonin over the course of a night with no bad effect; the other ingredients in this particular product are not likely to harm you at a two or three capsule dose either.
