April 16, 2021 (Lepanto Institute) – Longtime readers of the Lepanto Institute are familiar with the growing threat posed to the Faith and the Faithful by an organization of heretical priests called the Association of United States Catholic Priests (AUSCP). In the past, we’ve reported on this group for its support of women’s ordination to the priesthood, it’s alliance with sexually deviant organizations and agendas, its work with an international network of heretical organizations, and its call for “priestless parishes.” The AUSCP’s scandalous work even elicited a warning from its own bishop, Bp. Daniel Thomas, who said that any association with the AUSCP “may be a source of grave concern due to the confusion and scandal they have caused.”
Bishop Thomas may have cause to issue another warning regarding the AUSCP. The AUSCP’s obsession with all things dissident and perverse continues as we recently discovered that the organization is actively pressing for the passage of the “Every Child Deserves a Family Act.”(ECDF) The ECDF is the latest push from homosexual activist pressure groups to force “non-discrimination” for any organizations that accept federal funding for their adoption services. Catholic Charities is one such organization and LGBT pressure groups have been attacking Catholic Charities for some time as it follows Catholic teaching defining what constitutes a family when placing orphans with prospective families.

Anyone get the impression, that we are moving towards full acceptance of homosexuality in various religious denominations? Not just “toleration” but full acceptance? Would any of you be surprised to see homosexual marriages being performed in churches in a few years?

Priests like those referenced in the article, politicians like Biden and Pelosi and many Catholics in general are people who fall in the category of "supporting and enabling mortal sin".
It would seem that by and large there is no interest by Bishops to separate the wolves from the sheep.
I have met more than a few priests who I suspect of being practicing homosexuals. Some its just my “gaydar” going off, others its things I have been told or have seen directly.
As a Catholic, its extremely disheartening. You don’t want to trust a hypocrite and fornicator with your Holy Sacraments.
The apostasy was prophesied. It's even promised in the catechism. It's a sign of the End.

Just prior to the election, Melania Trump bragged about President Trump being the first president to enter the office being in favor of gay marriage. That may have been when God decided that there truly weren’t any good men left here.

An “association” of priests? Was that supposed to be something like a labor union?
Fifty five years ago, when I was an altar boy, there were homo priests in my parish. Two died of AIDS. Then, another one was Fr. Robert Larson, the pedophile who preyed on altar boys, no pun intended. Homo priests have been around since the beginning of the Church of Rome 1,700 years ago.
