Calling all FR Veterans
The next meeting of the VCR Board of Directors will be on Saturday, 12/29/01, at 5pm (1700) PST in the VCR virtual boardroom on Freedom-USA.net. See earlier threads for discussion on how to connect your IRC client to one of our servers.
Agenda:
Articles of Incorporation - Discussion on changing from 501(c)(3) to 501(c)(4) status. Authorizing the Resident Agent to get the Articles filed with the state of Nevada.
Opening a bank account with Wells Fargo Bank, and giving the Secretary/Treasurer authorization to deposit funds to the account of the organization.
Getting a MailBoxes, Etc., mailing address for the Secretary/Treasurer to receive mail on behalf of the organization.
Authorizing reimbursment to the Chairman of the Board, the Resident Agent and Secretary/Treasurer for out of pocket expenses incurred on behalf of and for the benefit of the organization, from funds as they are received and deposited.
Determining who will countersign checks with the Secretary/Treasurer, for payment of the debts of the organization.
Other items as determined by the board.
If any board member has items to add to this agenda, please let me know here or via FR mail as soon as possible.
As always, interested parties are invited to observe the proceedings.
