Is that Terri? It looks like her....like the picture at the top of this thread. Thanks for posting that article. We need as much as we can gather on that dirtbag HINO.

I haven't found anything to suggest that Jodi is or was related to the Jergers, but I suppose it's a possibility. However, if Jodi had been a loyal, hard-working employee (giving her the benefit of the doubt, here), it's possible that she asked for their help to get a venture of her own started.

Yes, there is that possibilty. I still find it hard to believe that they would allow their name to be used in the company title and serve as directors. It is one thing to give support to an employee starting one their own..and another thing to actually be a part of the company...

I have to say, this is very confusing. I never even looked at this specific angle before, with the note and all.

And she had a fractured femur the night she was admitted to the hospital!

MS should be prosecuted for what he's done to her. This is the first I've heard of a Dr. Caplan, too.

MS is dangerous.

Now wonder he kept Terri's medical records sealed for 10 years. Just long enough for the statute of limitations for domestic violence to expire. We'll see about that, though, when Connors gets hold of those records. :)

Yes, back when MS was trying to convince the court he would care for her forever...around the same time, though not the same outfit as the picture at the top of the thread.

I was wondering about this and wasn't sure how that works.

Will Team Bush have full access to all the medical and court records or do they have to accept the previous rulings by Judge Greer as fact?

A Recording of some of the money paid out from Terri's Trust Account can be found in Post #379.

Rember the article above, she should have had this money invested and it ws more than $700,000. That news article about the $$ ws a good article.

Now I really ahve to go. I have a busy day tomorrow but no doubt I'll check over here. I can't wait for the Medical records to be unsealed and also the $$ records. The new Guaridan Hearing can't come soon enough for me. I'll be calling Florida again on Monday to see if I can find out when the next hearing is scheduled for. If anyone finds out befroe I do please post the informaiton here.

You know this almost seems like fiction, like a fictional Crime Story, reality is indeed stranger than fiction...

Wouldn't the promissory note mean Michael owes Terri? i.e., the trust fund lent him money, and the note represents his promise to pay?

Hey Mo, see my post #434 and nic's #437. Do you know anybody who is good at researching public records in that area? I'm thinking it sounds like maybe computerized data issues rather than lack of availability of information.

UPDATE FROM THE HOSPICE VIGIL... 9:19 P.M. I just returned home from "the lawn", spray painted green I might add.

It was an interesting day. A radio show host dropped by this afternoon, Terri's brother dropped by this evening to see Terri and "she was good." Then, the eclipse began and the officer on duty had a newspaper diagram of what would happen during the eclipse.

Hold on... A friend and fellow vigiler showed up with her pet chicken. I took profiles and other shots of the chicken, including a picture of her in a straw hat with a bow.

Yes, we are still vigiling. You never know what you might see or experience. Terri is fine and we're still there for her. FV

Terri also had a broken femur on the night of her admission to the hospital and bone scans were done in the early days of Terri’s therapy, according to Schindler.

Twenty-five years ago my father fell off a ladder at work and broke his femur. He spent 6 weeks in the hospital in traction and numerous weeks after that in a full leg cast. The doctor at the time told us that the femur, the thigh bone, is the toughest bone in the human body and is the hardest one to break.

Makes you wonder what MS did to Terri to break hers.

a letter to the editor written by a "friend of the family" claiming that Michael had been paying child support for a child conceived while he was married to Terri but BEFORE she was traumatized (this woman is now claiming that she is not at liberty to say more at this time) -

IF this is true, she would most likely have filed a petition with the court, I would think

I have a friend that still works at the old law firm I worked at, and could send her an email asking for tips on where to look

If you can narrow it down to the county, it might be easier to find the info.

It looks like former guardian Richard Pearse has an Esquire after his name. No wonder he turned out to be a bad guy against Terri's Law. He was an attorney all this time. WHO KNEW?

If you don't want to engage the person then just don't reply and ignore their posts.

Thanks. I appreciate your opinion but don't need your advice.

I've engaged this poster before on this topic and he was less than ambiguous about his desire to see Terri dead.

I don't mind his posting the document either. But it was hardly an answer to my questions or my position.
