I was going to add some links to the thread but I see you already have them.

Nothing to add today but some prayers for the family. I'm behind in school and facing a lot of medical procedures the next two weeks, so I can't even really stay informed as well as I would like.

Somebody please catch me up to speed...

Florida statute says that artificial life support can be removed if either a)terminal, b)PVS or C)end of life condition.

Florida statute defines PVS:
(12) "Persistent vegetative state" means a permanent and irreversible condition of unconsciousness in which there is: (a) The absence of voluntary action or cognitive behavior of any kind. (b) An inability to communicate or interact purposefully with the environment.

Yet, Judge Greer ruled Terri's responses were not consistent, not that she didn't have any kind of voluntary action or cognitive behavior.

HOW can this ruling stand if he violated Florida statute with his ruling?

I cannot believe the ruling that came down today. Why are these Judge's in such a hurry?

It just makes me sick. I will continue to pray for Terri.

This case is full of inconsistencies and contradictions, not to mention serious conflicts of interest involving judges, HINO's death lawyer, hospice and who knows what other players. Just what we've turned up is bad enough.

The best thing I can recommend is to go back and browse some of the threads. Each of the regular threads, such as this one, has at the top a link back to the previous thread and there are some links in the opening paragraph to the key items in the previous thread. Thread #7, I believe it is, has links in the header to all the previous daily/update threads.

The short version: Terri is quite possibly NOT PVS, food and water are NOT artificial life support, Judge Greer has admitted to ignoring evidence (never mind the fact that he is legally blind so cannot even even see some of the evidence), Terri could NOT have said she wanted this because it was not even an option at the time she was injured, there is evidence that Michael Schiavo may have been the cause of her condition, there is an open investigation of abuse and neglect of a disabled person in Terri's case and there has been a lot of @ss-covering going on. Schiavo has gone from intent on killing her to desperate to kill her.

I realize some of this content will blow you away, but this ought to give us even more incentive to raise the roof with LE and judiciary in the state of Fl. If you use these details, send CC to JEB and DOJ, and GW, maybe we can blow the thing wide open. MS is concerned. He wasn't under investigation before. He's afraid of that now. If enough people know this and yell loud enough, maybe these inept a$$es will do their jobs.

Carla Sauer Iyer did an A&E & NBC special this eve.
They interviewed her, Felos, Hammesfahr,and the girl who was recently on the news that had come out of a coma, Diane something or another.

They were shocked when Carla had told them that 5 of the health care workers were dead. 2 of natural causes, 3 from auto accidents. Coincidence?
Their jaws dropped when she told them that she has been followed. Carla is the key witness. Her home alarm has gone off frequently of late. There are cigarette butts in her yard, and neither she, nor her husband smoke.

Why isn't Bernie interested in investigating this? Carla filed a police report. Carla had to move because MS was stalking her in the past, while she went to court over the insulin bottles. She had contacted the police over that. Was fired. And had to go to court. Everybody is afraid of crossing MS.

They place cops at hospice to protect Terri. From what? Her parents taking pictures? One cop at every entrance and exit, and one at her door. They sit in their cars at the entrance to the place. They play card games on their computers. Still haven't found out who pays for that. Yet they allow a girl to be stalked.
