Did Hillary reveal who leaked report in her questioning of Rumsfeld today?
Senate Armed Services Committee ^ | 5/7/04 | Senate Armed Services committee

In today's testimony before the Armed Services Committee Hillary Clinton may have revealed the source of the leak of the report. Please have a look at the relevant snippets of the transcript from today.

I guess my theory is this: If she isn't behind the leak, she knows exactly who is.

The report AND the photos were classified because it IS an ongoing investigation.

Remember, she tried? But the Marines said her eyes were too bad, or was it that she was a girl? Maybe it was just that they didn't have any boots to fit her ankles.

Assuming that really happened...

I need to call it a night or I'm going to start making irresponsible comments. =:-0

Noooo! That's when the fun *really* starts! ;) Oh well, good night!

I just don't see the mainstream media going anywhere with this angle. Talk radio will, but no one else will touch it.

That should be enough. Let Rush, Boortz, and Hannity run with it. Then see what happens.

I just reread the entire Dayton/Myers exchange and as best as I can tell, when Dayton refers to the report, he's referring to the 60 MIN. II story, Myers is referring to both the 60 MIN. II story and some other report.....

I've got a headache.

why would one of the prisoners have "Rapist" written on his leg in Englsih? Shouldn't it have been written in Arabic if humiliation was the motive? Like in Vietnam when the monks immolated themselves with the signs in front of them.
Those pictures were for an American audience, not an Arab audience.

That's right HILLARY is the issue here -- not the people who brought disgrace to their uniforms and stuck the President in this mess. We have to focus on treasonous HILLARY...not the people who made people get into a sex pyramid or who were responsible for the even worse materials that Sec Rumsfeld warned everyone might come out. He did quite well, actually. But the issue isn't him, or what was done to the prisoners, who in the chain of command knew this was going on. It's HILLARY who should be the focus. If Hillary and Bill Clinton died a lot of folks would have a very empty political agenda. (And I bet in the end HILLARY somehow got word out to the people at the prison to do this so it would discredit the administration.).

Soooo .. how would she get her hands on it. Who within the admin would help her by snaching a "secret" document.

By Rumsfeld's statement, I would conclude that he already has a pretty good idea how Hillary got the document. Hopefully, Hillary is too arrogant to catch on.

Interesting....I've said that there is a lot to come out yet on this. Maybe the Dems had someone there working all this up to a frenzy and snapping photos?

"Who within the admin would help her by snaching a "secret" document."

Most likely, it isn't someone within the admin, it's someone who's been involved in the military investigation of this event.

Rumsfield is indeed SMART-- but on the other hand, don't you think that he and Bush had been asking themselves "how the H***???" Lots of people want to know how the photos got out there, but the administration very intelligently never raised the question-- just waited. Strategy-- or, "strategery". ;)

That's okay. I will not mock thee. I saw Prince in San Antonio in 1982 and I thought it was one best live performances ever. Since you brought that revealation to the sharing circle, I respond by saying I thought ABBA was kind of cool with their charming hooks and harmony. Knowing Me, Knowing You and SOS are wonderful pop songs.

But I draw the line with ABBA. I don't like The Carpenters or any of that other smarmy 70s poppy stuff. Give me three chords and a cloud of dust. To quote Sterling Morrison of the Velvet Underground, "I like my music STUPID!"

Oh, Hillary! Forgot about her for a moment. Yeah, she was geared up for the cameras today. Left her brain at the door, however.

I hit Mute and listened to my brand new Prince CD

I used to help my mother babysit Prince's little brother Omar. That was before Prince was Prince...

Is there *anyone* whom you did NOT see in the early 80s???

Excellent philosophy. And I do have to admit that I feel humbled and almost inadequate re: music compared to you.

Oh, Hillary! Forgot about her for a moment. Yeah, she was geared up for the cameras today. Left her brain at the door, however.

Well, it was either the brain or the cankles. Not enough room in the building for both...
