I have, sick of them too. But I LOVE the crustless quiche and have been eating that every day, along with low-carb sugar-free yogurt. So I'm surviving :-) I'm just amazed that I don't have to count the calories in the butter, cream, bacon, etc. I eat!!!!

I've been on low carb diet for about 4 months now(South Beach).It's the only diet that I've ever been on for this long.But I didn't know that have low carb ice cream! What's the name of it? I know there's a low carb pizza.It's ok but nothing like the real thing!

I've lost over 20 pounds and boy was the South Beach low carb diet been good for both my high blood pressure and cholestrol!
