Watch Laura Bush tonight and then watch
John Edwards hosting a Turner Classic Movie tomorrow:
On October 7, John Edwards, Democratic vice presidential candidate and U.S. Senator from North Carolina, will consider Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964). Edwards chose Stanley Kubrick's black comedy about nuclear war because of its message that "putting this kind of power into the hands of human beings - no matter who they are - is an extraordinary thing."

Is this the fashion thread, or the political thread? These days it seems that style can win over substance so the distinctions are blurred! *L*

Glenn Beck is pushing the RATS to note the change in voting procedure. We vote on Tuesday the 2nd & RATS vote Wed the 3rd, This is to accomodate the surge of new voter registratons.
Howlin don't feel badly about date. I put 1994 on a check the other day.. (the mind is the first to go, they say)
