Voinovich and DeWhine are very disappointing.

"By the way, what happened to Voinovich once he got to D.C.?"

Wish I knew what happens to these guys once they get inside that beltway. Blackwell will have an uphill battle in the primary against Petro and probably Montgomery.

There is a difference between falsly registering in two states, and the concept that a state myght allow dual registration.

I believe that it is unlawful in all states to vote if you have votes in another state.

I imagine that most people who move never bother to unregister in their old state, even though they never vote twice. These kinds of natural events should be considered when we see raw numbers indicating more voters than residents. Many states have no good policy of purging the rolls.

Mostly we were talking about getting OUR volunteers out and chasing OUR voters off the sofa and to the polls.

However, I think that a lot of the fraudulent voter registrations that the Dems have turned in will never equal a vote. They were PAYING people per registration form they brought in. These paid people were pretty much lowlifes, and were only motivated by that extra buck or two they earned per card... I don't think most of those fakes will turn up.

I really think that our biggest problem was the provisional ballot thing. Hopefully that is behind us for good and another court doesn't screw it all up again. Our next biggest problem would probably be absentee fraud, which needs to be handled by the board of elections. We have poll workers scheduled to be observers in most of our precincts ... so hopefully the fraud AT the polling places will be kept to a minimum...

They're very angry about it. One man (probably a FR mole) did ask why it was so hard for people to find their own precincts.

The response... "That would be logical if Republicans weren't calling people lying to them about where to vote." Bwahaha.

That is what I'm talking about!! This will apply to Michigan as well. It is under the jurisdiction of the 6th Circuit. They got this one right. NO CHANCE this one will be reversed.

He has my vote. I saw Montgomery. She was impressive at W's West Chester Rally. But Blackwell is great.

How cool is this??? Perfect! I was amazed the dim-bulb judge ruled as he did before. Glad to see sanity returned in this appeal.

Just as I thought. You see, that should tell you something. Why is the Democratic Underground so angry about people having to go to their right precint to vote? LOL.

I live in rural NW Ohio and have noticed more Kerry signs out this year in our area than Gore signs 4 years ago. This area is traditionally very Republican and Bush needs to win our corner of the state (with the exception of Toledo) by 70 to 30 % to win. Does anyone have any poll information for OH by region?

Fox's poll is the only poll that weighted by region. You could go to the Opinion Dynamics website to try and find the internals.

My favorite memory for me was the night of the California recall here in LA. JESSE Jackson was on tv crying to SEAN HANNITY making outrageous claims saying ''Its terrible its terrible poor people dont know wear to go or what to do, they cant vote they are being disenfranchised, this is awful! [ This by the way was early in the night before hardly any precints had come in yet} Then he started making noises like he was going to challenge the election in the morning by going to court saying the people in poor neighborhoods were being disenfranchised. SEAN was very sharp that night and quickly asked him if hed challenge the election if GREY DAVIS WON THE RECOUNT? JESSE hesitated for a couple of moments then said ......UH ...UH..UH...NO! HA HA HA HA

Sounds like a VICTORY. Might help stop some planned Democrat fraud. We know they're planning it more so after the burglary of the GOP headquarters in Cincinnati.
