That's because it's non existant, other than in the minds of a few Jewobsessives (not necessarily devolve) on FR. Let me point out a few things about the two "incidents".

A private Jewish community group invited the Mayor to a Hanukkah lighting at a Jewish community center on private property. This did, in fact, get a handful of posters bent way out of shape.

IMO the mayor made an extremely stupid decision banning the Merry Christmas lights next year, which he fortunately changed.

Regarding the public celebration, it's publicly funded and takes place on public property.

It includes Merry Christmas in lights and a Christmas tree.

It includes a creche.

According to the city employee responsible for it, it bans the inclusion of a Menorah or symbols of any other religion from the celebration.

The idea that Denver is somehow favoring Judaism over Christianity is ludicrous.

I take people like the Mayor of Denver on a case by case basis.


There is not denying he banned Christians singing Christmas Carols in that parade and any signs or banners that read "MERRY CHRISTMAS" and refused a permit to that Christian church.


I don't care if he a Hindu or a Martian or an athesist.


He is a bigoted piece of garbage.

He wilfully discrimated against Christians.

Obviously the city is afraid of ACLU law suits. The ACLU is a danger to the Republic and to Christians. They became involved in an idiotic law suit vs. our town concerning the town symbol that they didn't like. It cost the city $50K to settle and they had to change the city's symbol too. The liberal clintinoid judges in Denver sided with the ACLU. The ACLU deserves to be stamped out!

It's probably here on FR somewhere, but I heard that Gov. Arnold Swartzenegger of California mandated that the 'Holiday Tree' be RENAMED back to the CHRISTMAS TREE.

Political correctness had taken hold so deep in California they could no longer call a "Christmas" tree a Christmas tree.
