I am not sure if this is the PowerPoint presentation to which you refer. This was posted on a FR thread a couple of weeks ago

I couldn't get the PowerPoint link to work.

I could, but that might just be the pecularities of our machines.

In any event, I can send you (or anyone interested) the original PowerPoint file if you are interested. It is a big file though.

I would need a real e-mail address because I don't know how to send attachments on FReepmail

Well, two beverages that have a special place in the life of a lactating mother -- root beer (Diet A&W for me) and Raspberry Tea. Both help increase milk supply. (Not that you really need to know that! LOL!!)

And popcorn - my current favorite is Orville REdenbacher's Pour Over Movie Theater Butter. And of course I load it up with salt too. That's my favorite unless I pull out the stovetop popper and make it "From scratch!" LOL!
