"Nobody's buying that."

Buying what? Emotional convictions are not how we do things in this country? There was a trial, the DA presented his BS "evidence", jacksons attorney hit each one out of the park as bold faced lies and distortions, and Jackson goes free.

Some of you people are as bad as any liberal in the sense that this case is "For the children", so Jackson MUST be guilty!

Jury to speak to media but only for 10 minutes.

This is so true. It is about time someone talks out loud about liberal race attitudes in this country.

"Well atleast now no one can accuse the jury of being racist can they???"

What about the soft bigotry of "low expectations"?

The OJ jury was not an all-black jury.

It was close enough.

I don't watch Fox anymore. If Sheppard Smith is dismayed, remember how elated he was when FL exterminated poor Terri Sciavo. I guess even Sheppard Smith can't get his way all the time. That being said, it could also be that the Jackson jury was possibly intimidated by the fear of black rioting were he to have been convicted.

What about the alcohol related charges? He walked on all of those too.

Jackson was acquitted on all counts.

Just goes to show, that if you're high profile, with deep pockets, you can get away with murder, rape, or pedophilia in California.

But God help us all if a family of con artists, welfare cheats and liars can get the last word in a courtroom.

Once again ignoring the fact that Michael Jackson PICKS this cast of characters for the exact reason you've stated.

Of course. Did you ever read the defendents complaint on Smoking gun? He said Michael would make out with him, and here you have evidence of that, unless they were using the same lipstick? This jury was on crack. Here you have a guy who ADMITTED he slept with this boy, a guy who calling it the most "beautiful LOVING thing in the world" and they can`t find him guilty on one solitary thing? Like I said, California is the France of the United States. Let`s trade it for Mexico. At least Mexicans like to work.

That's just asinine. As I said previously, Robert Blake was not black last time I looked.

But don't forget Jackson still may face a mountain of civil lawsuits over not only this case but also from his second ex-wife. Watch Jackson be forced to sell the music catalog rights and Neverland Ranch to pay off the substantial settlements.

I wouldn't be surprised that Jackson leaves the country about a year from now just to avoid the publicity.

So you believe O.J. didn't kill Nicole and Ron, and Robert Blake didn't kill his wife?

Good to know.

I dunno.... Did they rely on only the same witnesses as the other charges?

Nothing against the law having multiple plastic surgeries - just try to keep the noses on the faces is all I'm saying.

Its not the state that lost those high profile cases... its the jurors.

Got proof? The DA didn't!

And of course a crime has only occurred if it is later proven in court.

"What about the alcohol related charges? He walked on all of those too"

It would appear that the jusry believed the help's assertion that the boys were sneaking the alcohol behind everyone's back.
