On Hannity and Colmes, While discussing the requirements of a Supreme Court nominee, Ann just sarcastically noted that it was ok to kill a girl at Chappiquiddic. Colmes said that was a low blow and that comment was below her.
WHY??? WHAT is so darned SACRED about mentioning the truth???
Ann said, "Why..."
Colmes didn't answer, and the set was quiet.
Hannity and Reagan (another guest) should have spoken up.
This is another example of "The Emperor is NAKED!"
At least he has sobered up since then.
Certainly his family bred the man, but the disease is caused by the same philosophies that infect his politics and that of his party.
Ted is sober now? Since when?
OOH, so nasty!
I LOVE IT!!!!!!! LOL!!!
I'm beginning to think JFK Jr. actually landed his plane at some remote Pennsylvania airstrip, and now lives under the assumed name "Jorge Kennedy".
The same reason NO ONE will ever mention the RAPE ACCUSATION against Clinton......He is a DEMOCRAT and it is considered BAD TASTE and ILL MANNERED to put a Democrat on the spot with the truth.
Jorge...Jorge...Jorge...you're going to be embarrassed in the morning...
hahahahaha!!!
This dude is nuts.
Ann Coulter would destroy the Democratic party if she was nominated for the Supreme Court. Who cares if she was confirmed or not. She would blow open every lie and myth the Dims have perpetrated on this country in the last thirty years during the hearings.
I hope the next nominee President Bush supports is a fire breathing conservative. If he/she is, the Democrats will be so afraid of being exposed in the hearings, they may only ask a few questions before confirming them. Otherwise, they will be so damaged from the nominee's testimony that the 2006/2008 election cycles will be very good for the Republicans indeed.
I think the problem most have with Teddy is that this incident which would normally have the effect of causing a bit of humility in one's life apparently has not with him. The personnel attacks he has launched on people who have differing views than him is disgusting given his past. I am also considering other character issues such as his collegiate expulsion. These things do speak to character. Everyone makes mistakes some make tragic ones, its how one copes and where they go from there that ultimately defines the person and shows who they are, and he has shown over years IMO that he has learned little from these incidents. IMO he has always and still does hold his political career above any fundamental principle. Examining his actions following this tragic incident indicates that truth as well as the rest of his career.
How many rapes has Ted's nephew been accused of?
God help us all if he ever decides to "care" about any of us.
Of course he could have replied "Did she (Laura Bush nee Welch) or did she not kill a boy in Midland TX.
That having been said, I still stand 100% behind her on the Teddy K Chappaquiddic comments.
LOL
I'm sure that possibility torments him to this day.
And NOBODY KNOWS how they would act in such a horrible situation.
I have had several emergency situations in my life.
In one I was too frozen with fear to move and help anyone.
In two other ones I risked my life and saved drowning people, and in another I saved the life of someone burning to death.
The fact is you never know how you will act until it happens.
Driving the car into the water may or may not have been an accident. But CHOOSING TO LET HER DROWN was not an accident.
Bingo!
