"We know them (liberals) like we know every square inch of our glorious naked bodies"

Right, and it makes a good tagline.

I'm usually a fan of hers, but I was shocked at the depths that she went to get ratings.

Wow, I don't know what she said, but she should read your post.

"Was it just my local affiliate, or did anyone else hear the commercial during Rush for the "home DNA kit"? "

Yes, it has been on for weeks. It has Jesse Jackson quaking in his boots.

Her man broke off the engagement after she was dignosed with cancer. That might be why she is so bitter of late.

Geesh. That's cold. I'm sure there's a lot more to the story - I wish her the best...

. What I wrote was that O'Reilly wants

I have NO desire to try and defend O'Reilly after Rather and the Swift Boat Vets, he is beyond the pale so fire it up.

You are kidding, right?

Bush has been smeared about every single thing in his life for the last 5 years....

I can't think of one thing that he has/has not done that hasn't been complained about by someone...so how can you say what you just posted?

I'm usually a fan of hers, but I was shocked at the depths that she went to get ratings. I may have to switch over to Tony Snow

I switched to Snow about six weeks ago. I will never look back. Tony is against Miers too but he is very level headed and even handed about it.

There is a live thread every morning which usually goes into the 500's in posts. Tony and his producer are freepers who participate in the live thread. Join in!

I agree, praying for Laura even if she makes me SO angry some days.

The whole show was Laura taking callers on whether Miers should resign or not (before a hearing!) and then Laura shouting people down who disagreed.

I realize she has been through a lot of personal sturggles, but it was just too much today.

Ok, sorry. Did not know I wasn't allowed to ask a simple question.

Don't mind questions, but I know that you want proof from anyone that attacks Miers in any way. I did not attack her. I have no proof. I have not formed an opinion on the matter yet and will not until I see her in the hearings.

Tony seems like a really nice guy, I usually give him a shot when he has a good guest on.

Found this on answers.com at http://www.answers.com/topic/laura-ingraham

"Ingraham once was engaged to conservative author Dinesh D'Souza and has dated former United States Senator Robert Torricelli of New Jersey.

In April 2005, Ingraham announced she was engaged to businessman James V. Reyes, with a planned wedding in May or June, 2005. On April 26, 2005, she announced on the air that she had undergone surgery for the treatment of breast cancer.

Ingraham told listeners, on May 11, 2005, that her engagement to James (Jimmy) Reyes had been canceled, citing issues regarding her diagnosis with breast cancer. Despite the break-up, she maintains that the two remain good friends."

Never knew she dated Torricelli. Interesting...

I had sent LI many emails telling her I was praying for her and her health. I hope she recovers quickly. If the man is that shallow, it would never have worked in the first place. Better now than after the wedding. I know she is in her 40's and wants to have children.
