Okay, how do you explain the other 3 losses? There were 3 other bad calls, all of theme last night. They all cost the Angels runs at key moments and might have made a difference in that game. But you're right, even if the Angels had gotten all those calls, they probably would have lost anyway given how pathetic their offense was playing.
Still, you guys have a cloud of bad calls hanging over your head which has got to make your victory less enjoyable, which makes this loss a little less painful for this Angel fan.

Hmmm, Nope still fills pretty good to me. I wonder if all the Angels fans are going to like the DUmmies screaming about Algore for 5 years? I mean what would have happened in game 2 if the call had gone the other way? Would Vlad have gone and hit a homer? Haha right. Or in game 4, would one of the Angels have hit a 6 run homer to tie the game? Give it up, you lost.

The series was tied 1-1.
AJ's strikeout was the 3rd out in the 9th in a tie ball game.
He advanced to 1st on a "dropped ball". Next batter his a game winning RBI.

It's a friggin game, get over it. Is your psyche soo fragile that you must tear down a great performance so you can feel better. Grow up.

Hey, we're celebrating out here in the western Chicago suburbs, too.
Tomorrow the world at Parky's Hot Dogs, maybe Brown's Chicken, or Villa Nova pizza, or how about some Portillo's Italian Beef?
This has gotta turn you on, Chef Carlo, LOL.

Congratulations to the White Sox! They are an amazing team this year and deserved to win the AL pennant. Four consecutive complete games (Buehrle, Garcia, Garland, Contreras) in the ALCS... wow.

Will Cubs fans cross over? Or are they too die hard. I am born and raised on the North Side, so naturally my first allegiance is to the Cubs, and I've been to Wrigley Field many hundreds of times. But I have also followed the White Sox for over 40 years and have been to ball games on the South Side many dozens of times. The Sox are Chicago, too, so I'm cheering for them!

Very classy, Nutmeg. Thank you.

If that mantra helps you overcome all the horrendous calls that went your way, thus delivering you a win on a golden pillow, so be it.
If you close your eyes and say "Nyah!" loud enough you can make any unpleasant fact go away :)
