Would this require an amendment to the Constitution?

All who swear the oath of citizenship are doing more than completing a legal process. They're making a lifelong pledge to support the values and the laws of America. The pledge comes with great privileges, and it also comes with great responsibilities. I believe every new citizen has an obligation to learn the customs and values that define our nation, including liberty and civic responsibility, equality under God, tolerance for others, and the English language.

That's a yes.

I was surprised, even though it was Foxnews. Usually polls by Fox, CNN, etc, are hit pretty hard by DU moonbats and their allies.

And as always, I am surprised by the ones that show up to vote "not sure". Why bother?

It would seem like the First Amendment would allow anyone to say what he wants to say, in any language he wants to say it.

Maybe their problem is that the poll is in English. :)

I think the official language should be pig~latin

or maybe sign language

I can think of a few signs that would work for the ones that aren't sure

"First Amendment..."
That would not be changed. Speak any language ya want. Official documents should be in the language of the country you reside in. Learn that language. Try demanding english in Mexico courts or French government documents, etc.
